Despite that, they scheduled one for the very next day without my knowledge or consent. When I canceled the appointment I had never agreed to, they charged me another $60 and have refused to refund it. Charging a customer for an appointment the company created without authorization is completely unacceptable. I lost $60, but they lost a customer because their actions made it clear that they do not value their customers or conduct business fairly. I would not recommend this company.

It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power!
