I scheduled a deep clean for a move out/in and was very disappointed in the quality. There were so many surfaces that were not touched, the floors were so sticky afterwards that we had to re-mop that same day. And overall do not feel like the price justified the service. There deep clean was quite pricey, which we were willing to pay if the quality reflected that, but in this case it did not. I feel like I just have had bad luck since the majority of the reviews are so positive, but we did not have a good experience and would not recommend. He only had one burner on the stove that still worked- now they ALL DO ! They were just gunked up over time! Bathrooms look great, they got spots inside cabinets that I thought would be there forever, they cleaned every one of his like 28 lamps separately. So professional, so Absolutely clean. I wish I had taken some before pictures to show the difference but I never thought I would be writing a review. I'm honestly a little surprised by all the 5 star reviews. I'm about to move in to a new apartment and this company was used for what was supposed to be a deep clean. the baseboards were not done, the blinds had layers of dust, th window seals were filthy, the cupboards hadn't been wiped down thoroughly, and the shelves in the bedroom were still dusty. the cleaner came back after a complaint was made and had so much attitude which made it very awkward. Wven after the re- clean, the window seals still were not clean, and the oven as well. I honestly felt like the cleaner did not have the right tools to complete a deep clean properly. We called them for deep cleaning, 2 nice ladies did an ok job, I wouldn't call them again though. On top of the base deep cleaning price they charged extra for windows & blinds. I was fine but didn't expect blinds to be still dirty after the job. Insides of the shelves were still dusty, my wife had to wetwipe before putting the goods. After running your finger you can easily see a dirt layer inside the cabinets, blinds etc. Anyway I won't coming back and won't recommend them for deep/cleaning. read more

We used this agency a few times, so this review is after careful consideration only. Something has certainly changed since I last had them clean a while back. Also, they don't really seem to care about damaging property. The walls were a bit damaged with paint peeled off a dent here and there.
