Contacted Luisa for a home cleaning for my parents house, as they are getting older and cleaning is difficult. She came by for an estimate and then delivered as promised. Here is an excerpt of my moms email to me: I can't believe it. I thought it was very expensive for deep cleaning. Now I realized it isn't. Luisa ( not the owner) and Veronica came at 9 am with all their cleaning tools including a small ladder. They left at 3:30.pm They are very professional and meticulous. OMG It's been 2 hours already and Luisa is still in my room, helped at the start by Veronica. I can hear they are vacuuming the edges. They wipe's everything of course,- the blinds , getting on all corners. They have tools for every thing. Even the stairs , wiping well making sure the edges are clean. I tried many different cleaning services over the past couple of years since we moved into our house. Luisa and her team are definitely the best so far! I am pretty picky (think, I vacuum the hair on my bathroom floor every day), and they've come out to our house twice so far and knew exactly what constitutes a good cleaning. Many other cleaning companies did not speak English so it was hard to communicate, different people would show up every time so I had to give the same instructions over and over, and they often would miss things. The owners of those cleaning companies would simply say, "You pay a flat fee, so if you are not satisfied, tell them and we will fix it." OK great, but I would much rather have the cleaners know what a good cleaning is and just take care of it, rather than me going through and checking everything afterwards which is just time consuming and a bit stressful. I'm really happy with Luisa and appreciate the fact that she shows up every time to clean herself -- she takes pride in her business and that's something that's lacking from most cleaning companies. Too bad I didn't get to experience the "great service " the other reviewers did . The communication is very slow , it took hours for this company to respond back to me regarding scheduling an appointment. I texted her and let her know that I was interested in getting my house cleaned and would like her to clean it Saturday . We scheduled for a time on Saturday and I was left with the impression when she came she would clean that day . We scheduled at 1:00PM. At 12:52 I sent her a text asking her if she was on her way . She replied and said she would be 30 mins late . Hm ok no real problem there . At 1:37PM I texted and asked if they were here or close and at 1:45PM I get a text message saying she was here . She was already 30 mins late from her original time and now she's added 15 more minutes . Finally they get to my place at 2:00PM because once they got here they couldn't find my apartment . I'm no huge stickler for time but it you tell me a second time I expect you to uphold to that. They get here, I believe it's her and her daughter and they explain to me since I have dust on the blinds and the tub needs to be deep cleaned (they hadn't seen the tub ) it'll be a deep cleaning and that today was just an estimate .
