The room smelled like urine.....not sure if it was dog or human. Main room and bathroom are tiny. External appearance not as good as shown on internet pictures as well as the rooms themselves. The front office was nice. And guess what? They have ice and coffee!

That said, please note the following in regards to room 14. 1) First impression of the room was that the queen bed was noticeably undersized for the available space. Note the photo showing nearly 4 feet of space from the bed to the wall with the window. A king bed could easily fit in the space providing more comfort/space for guests if that's important to hotel mgt. 2) A/C units are typically mounted to the wall below the window near the entry door which provides a short distance for air to travel to keep guests comfortable. However, the A/C unit was tucked away on the opposite side of the room in the "closet" area. Clothes hanging partially blocked airflow requiring the unit to be on more than necessary (energy efficiency?). See photo of AC unit with damage. 3) The bathroom though functional was barely big enough for me to turn around in and I'm not rotund. It was so small the second set of towels, the hair dryer and the extra roll of toilet paper were stored on the shelf above the "closet" (see photo). No place for them in the bathroom. The sink/vanity measured only 17 inches across (see photo). Never seen a sink/vanity that small in a hotel. 4) The door had no security hardware other than the handle to open it. No latch, no quarter turn deadbolt, no chain. 5) There was a dent in the drywall next to the bathroom door. 6) The room had only two pillows on the bed at check in. Typically hotels have 2 per person. We called/ texted the front desk to get more pillows - no response. When we got back from dinner, still no additional pillows. I went to the front desk, nobody around, no bell to ring. There were some doors next to the front desk so I knocked. Someone popped out immediately but seemed annoyed that I knocked - it was a private residence. At this point I didn't care about that. The fact that I had to come to the office because we got no response to our call/text was lost on him. I'm okay with $150/night if there is value with that price. This place is not worth $150. Look elsewhere for lodging if you can.

There was a guy peeking through cars in the parking lot - presumably to break in and steal. When the front desk was informed - they shrugged it off. I guess it's not a big deal if someone is trying to actively break into the cars of your motel guests. The front desk is absolute trash people working it. I asked for ice upon arrival, and the guy was like then I would have to go get it for you... well yes I asked for it. He hesitated then dragged his feet to go grab it. Sorry to inconvenience you. I had left a pillow behind and called the next day- they gave me a response that they would look and call me back. Lo and behold they never did. I came by the hotel room asking and the guys was like we throw everything out within 48 hours. Me well it was 24 hours ago - can you go look? Literally just lied to me. Horrible lazy people at the front desk. If I could give them zero stars I would. This place is an absolute dump! The room smells like mold, the bathroom is out of a horror movie. The faucet for my bath tub would not stop leaking. The air conditioning did not work, it was only 85 degrees at night in that room. A true horror show.
