We ordered the chicken tinga tacos, along with guacamole and chips. The chicken was super flavorful and tender, with queso, microgreens, onions. SO delicious. I did find the price a little overly steep ($5 per taco). I'll always pay more for good food, but for what it was, these were a bit expensive. Guacamole was extremely fresh and a little chunky (instead of overly smooth), which is exactly how I love it. Just be aware that since it's just one person cooking inside the truck, it'll be a decent wait for your food. But it was very tasty!

If you're an avocado lover, the Early Bird should be your go-to, as they give you at least half an avocado. There are two drawbacks to the Walk In: 1) It's not a place with many seats. They have three tables and some counter space, so if you're planning to eat there, be warned. 2) I wish they had more bakery items besides biscuits, bagels, and cookies (which are also really good). They had a neon artwork of a croissant that wasn't lit up, so maybe they used to serve them but don't anymore? Overall, though, thumbs up! If you're ever in the Livingston Manor area, check them out.
