Just purchased a brand new 2023 Acura Integra and wanted to get service for ceramic coat and tints on my window. Sandra and her staff were more than helpful and did an amazing job. thanks to sandra and the team over at @dtautospa for their outstanding service and high quality work. i got xpel 10yr paint protection film wrapped on my hood, front bumper and fenders and ceramic coating for the rest of the car. for tint, i got 25% ceramic tint on the rear and front windows. did you know that @teslamotors uses water-based paint? that is the type of education and understanding you get when you get paint protection at @dtautospa. when you typically do anything for your car, you go in and feel uncomfortable and often are upsold, without understanding what you are ordering or buying. sandra makes sure you understand everything that you need to know to be comfortable making decisions about what kind of paint protection or tint you need for your vehicle. her service was nothing short of outstanding. she makes sure you feel taken care of, she works with you personally and you won't leave her shop dissatisfied. i came to this shop from the tri-valley and did shop around. @dtautospa pricing was at or below competitors with higher quality. for example, one competitor was charging more for tint that was to be in 2 pieces for the rear glass for a Tesla. @dtautospa was able to do one price which looks so much cleaner. the shop itself is kept very clean which gives you peace of mind when getting tint or film installed. sandra makes sure you fill out the manufacturers warranty on the film or tint installed which many shops don't do for you. she makes sure you are aware of any issues before and during the install. she takes time to explains things and is very thorough. the shop is a must for @teslamotors cars. it is only 1 exit down from @teslamotors North American production facility so they do tons of teslas and are tesla pros. cars are expensive.... might as well do the best you can to protect them. i highly recommend @dtautospa for your paint protection and tint needs! they really are the best! read more

We had a bad tint job on one of our car window....it was peeling and was hard to view out the window. I shopped around and decided on DoubleTake Auto Spa based on price, location and reviews. Leading up to my Tesla Model Y delivery date, I've been continuously searching around for the best overall value shop for PPF and ceramic coating. I initially came across DoubleTake Auto Spa through IG advertisements, and I was instantly intrigued by their following, and consistent posts showing their excellent quality and customer service. I was a little hesitant to have my services done through them initially just because I wanted to try to find a more low-key business locally (around SF Daly City area) that would also be on the cheaper side. But at the end of the day, sticking with DoubleTake for my services was the best decision. Sandra and her staff are all super professional, kind, and communicative throughout the process. They consistently went above and beyond for me--they squeezed me in last minute to get my 10 year PPF and Ceramic coating done. Sandra explained everything in terms of how the whole process works, it really makes you feel secure because they make sure you understand what kind of work is being done on your vehicle. It is obvious that they are true professionals, and they love what they are doing! Their work was fantastic, my 2022 black model y really looked WAYYY better than how it did on my delivery day. My car maintains a beautiful shine, and the PPF is barely noticeable in the front. My bumper did unfortunately get scratched a month later, but thanks to the PPF--my bumper and paint were undamaged, and I am now getting my PPF in the front bumper replaced for half the cost because I invested in their 3 year "peace of mind" insurance (which I definitely recommend if you want to ensure that you spend as little as possible repairing your PPF if the worse happens). I know insurance might seem like an unnecessary additional amount of money (especially after spending a lot on PPF/ceramic), but trust me it is worth the extra ~$250. If you have a car that you love, whether it's new or not, you need to do yourself a favor and take it to DoubleTake Auto Spa for PPF and ceramic coating. There was some bubbles but they mentioned it will take a month for it to get out, if not just bring it back. Comes wife lifetime warranty. DoubleTake Auto Spa did a great job detailing my 2004 Prius. The outside was more shiny and clean than it had been in years. The paint and windows felt smooth because all the grease and grime was gone. I have beige cloth upholstery and mats. All stains gone. Every nook and cranny was steamed cleaned - no more dust! I thought one arm rest was worn but turns out it was dirty. Not anymore! My headlight covers were yellow and foggy. I couldn't see into them at all and the light that came out must have been significantly diminished. After DoubleTake restored them they are clear and sparkly and much, much safer for driving. Was looking to get my fully loaded 2021 bmw x5 45e ceramic coated to preserve the new car shine and i came across these guys. They had great reviews which got me interested. Decided to take my vehicle to them and after getting some information on the different types of coatings and shieldings from Sandra, i decided to get the 10 year coating. It covered the wheels and the wind shield and the windows as well. Came out great. When i went to pick it up, the shine was somehow shinier than when i picked up the vehicle from the dealership. And the difference is noticeable when i try to remove bird poo or dust off of my vehicle now...all i need is a piece of soft cloth and water. And i notice the effects when it rains as well...the water just beads and roll off the body. They are good at what they do. My husband recently bought a new car and Double Take tinted the windows and did a full body protectant treatment on his car with excellent results.  Last week, I brought my car in for detailing again because the paint on my 2008 Prius was looking dull and my driver seat showed lots of wear. I've never written a review for anything on Yelp because I'm always lazy, but my experience with DoubleTake Auto Spa over the past two years needs to said. Your car is an investment, and this place is worth every penny. Their work and customer service is top notch. Sandra (the owner) makes the whole process easy, whether it's in scheduling or providing knowledge of how ceramic pro works. I took my new green Dodge Challenger to get the Ceramic Pro Silver and Textile package back in January 2021. Ever since then, my car has stood against dirt, bad weather, and my slowness in washing it on my own. But when I do find time to wash it, it's the easiest thing in the world. Even just washing it with water and wiping it down, that shine makes it look like I just bought it. There's not enough words to explain how good it looks (check out their Instagram page and look for a green Challenger!) The Textile package added protection to my seats. I forgot exactly what it comes with, but whenever I spilled something on my cloth seats, it was able to resist that liquid in time for me to wipe it away. Stains? Wet a microfiber cloth, wipe, and it's gone when it's dry. They also fixed my curbed wheels. I can't even tell where the scratches are on the wheels. For the past two years after getting the ceramic pro, I have come in once a year for my annual service. Here, they take a few hours to clean and add protectant to that car. This gives the ceramic pro a boost in continuing its protection for the coming year. While you do pay a fee for this, this is highly recommended. It helps a lot if you're not good with keeping up with washes. If you're looking to get ceramic pro on your car, this is the place. Your search is over. I wish I found this place earlier for my previous cars! I'll be coming back soon whenever my parents take delivery of their new car. read more

A huge Thank You to Sandra and David for taking care of our Model Y. A year ago, we protected our Model Y with PPF and recently something hit the front of our car on the freeway. The PPF did it's job and protected the paint but there was a small blemish on the PPF. I called Sandra and she suggested that I come on by the shop for a quick inspection. After the inspection, David did his magic and the blemish is not longer visible! On a side note, Sandra also protected my son's Honda Civic over a year ago and the PPF is still in wonderful shape. I brought my car in after speaking with multiple other detail shops. Sandra was very knowledgeable and was able to thoroughly answer all my questions. She even provided their Instagram which shows a lot of their work which was really reassuring. Through the whole process they keep you well updated on what's going on with your car and when about it will be completed. I brought my car in for a full front PPF and Window tint. They provide three different brands of PPF, Xpel, Suntek, and 3m, and they included ceramic over the PPF to help its longevity which was really nice. For window tint they offer two levels, I believe it was a dyed film or a ceramic window tint for better heat rejection. They shave their edges so the tint looks more factory and it looks almost perfect. There was a hair left in my rear window tint which they had me come back in and took care of for free which was great! All in all really great service and I plan on bringing one of our other cars back when we take delivery of it. read more

In addition we've had 2 of our vehicles partially covered with the "clear bra" solution to protect from road debris, fingernails/rings and door dings on the door edges.
