I'm sitting in this restaurant writing this Yelp review. Where do I begin with this place?! We opted to have dinner here bc Lotus was closed. So, here we are after a few rounds of trivia (which was the best part of the dining experience). I ordered two apps, pretzels and Philly cheese steak rolls. You can't mess those up, right?! Our food arrived and my Philly rolls look like they were cooked last week. I bit into one of them and it tasted like it was cooked last week. I moved on to the pretzels, WOW, I don't know how a pretzel could taste like it was a month old. The honey mustard nor the salt covered up the stale taste. We told our waiter about the food. He seemed to get upset as if he had cooked the food himself. He asked with an attitude, "would you like to talk to my manager?!" I replied, "sure, I would like to tell him about the food." Our waiter walked over to the manager, Chez and told him he wanted to speak with him. The manager, Chez has literally been talking with two people for over 20 mins (they seem to be friendly). He clearly has no desire to discuss how we felt about the food here. I'm pretty sure he is avoiding us bc he doesn't want to talk about this crap they call food! So, I will gladly tell people to avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn't eat here if they offerred me free food for the rest of my life. The food and unprofessionalism of the staff will be enough to close this place soon. read more

1 bartender at an 80 foot bar. Wait staff that I don't think ever ate at a restaurant let alone worked in one. After putting a few hundred dollars into a vending machine that gave me nothing back other than some lights n sounds, one would expect a more professional and properly run establishment than this place. It's enough to keep me from going back to the casino. read more

The food was good but Jenn was totally awesome. As a manager she came to us numerous times to ensure we were ok and everything was to our liking . We had the philly Cheese , and the burger For desert we had cheesecake (good choice) Tiramisu was ok , but the 7 layer cake was the best Make sure you ask for her jenn when you come up . End to end ridiculous experience. When ordering, it was clear the bartender was only half listening. He had to repeat it back twice before he could get it right. Lone behold our order comes out wrong. When we asked for the buffalo sauce that was supposed to come on our sandwich, he insinuated it was our fault for not making it clear enough during ordering that's what we wanted. Next, we realized that despite asking for ranch, we got blue cheese. The other bar tender helped us recover on that. The food was marginal at best- the chicken sandwich was more like batter with a side of chicken. By the time all of this had gone down we were just ready to be done. Getting the check was worse than ordering. We had to wait for two bartenders to finish a social conversation for 5 minutes before they could help. This place is terrible! Walked in and asked for a table and they said an hour to an hour and a half wait. My husband said we will go to the place down the road and then they said they had a table available. Waited forever for our food! Food was not great and service was terrible! Never got my drink so I walked over to the bar to get it myself. Will not be coming here ever again! read more

I don't even know where to start with this place. Food was inedible, service was terrible (the waitress rolling her eyes after I told her I did not like my food) and the drinks were so bad I thought I was drinking water down fruit punch. At first when we walked in I was surprised how empty it was (now we know why) since the other restaurants were pretty busy and you had to wait in line. Our other surprise was how limited the menu was, but we figured if you only concentrate in a few item, you must really do a good job. NOT!!!!!! I ordered the lobster roll which is the most expensive item in the menu, it tasted very fishy and it had not flavor, maybe a little mayo and some salt and paper would have done the job and to think that a poor Lobster died for that meal. Best Bar/Restaurant in the whole Casino Resort. Great food for basic sports bar. They are still new but sounds like time to step up the specials like fish bowl drinks or Yard Glass Beer or Das Boot. Menu is good but needs to expand! read more

Ordered the buffalo wings first batch came out burnt. Sliders were dry. Got the philly cheese steak could not even bite into the roll. They comped one but they should have discounted the other as we showed the waitress that we could not even squeeze the roll. So this place is not worth a dime. So sorry that I came here. The waitress also said they were famous for the Philly cheesesteak. Either she was lying or has no tastebuds. Thanks for getting back to me but I will never go back. The person who showed us to our table certainly wasn't a good start and his aloof demeanor was off putting for a start and a smile wouldn't have hurt either. The waiter was friendly/pleasant when we sat down and somewhat ok at her job 3.5/5 Little alarming when she didn't know if the 80 foot long bar had Cabernet though I ordered a Beer in a chilled glass and had to pour it myself....yes I managed We ordered 2 Potabello cheese burgers and got the following- both burgers two different temps ordered but both were cooked the same, brioche buns are great but weren't buttered toasted and warm, both burgers were luke warm if that..... the cheese wasn't even a bit warm and overall the burgers were about 80 def at best then add the French fries that were not even hot but soggy and lackluster though the Sysco French Fry basket is a nice touch what does that matter when the food is not hot and crispy and fresh. Oh I almost forgot that there were 2 water glasses on the table throughout the entire mealtime and we were never asked even once if we would like any water......maybe the water glasses were just decoration. In the restaurant's defense we had the same meal at the restaurant when they first opened earlier this year and gave the same meal a 5/5 it was really outstanding. Do not waste your money. The service is subpar. The food is much worse. The pretzels are not fresh and the cheese sauce they go with is enough to make you nauseous. The Mac and cheese was not much better. You could make better at home from a box in my opinion. They don't clean the oil they are using to fry things and you can taste that. Saw online that they had a Latin Night with DJ and decided to check it out! What a disappointment! Service was slow we had to wait 15 mins for a table when they had plenty of tables open but no one cleaning them when we finally got a booth we were walked over and then had to stand and wait because it never got wiped down. Burgers $17 and look about the size of Junior bacon at Wendy's. I got the Pizza burger pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara would assume would be saucy and juicy but had a sprinkle of sauce and was actually a dry burger. Honey BBQ wings were ok they don't substitute or split sauces we wanted half an order of honey bbq and their Korean sauce to give it a try and got turned down. After paying Decided to go to bar for quicker service and bartender was actually very nice and the bartenders in general were on point that's why they at least get 2 stars DJ was disappointing he played older tunes nothing current in the 2 hours there it started at 10 and by midnight I gave up. read more

Took a little drive up to good old Monticello for a bit of slot fun. We ate here, one of the few restaurants open in the afternoon. My barbecued spare ribs were awful, in fact, inedible- burnt, dry, and drowned in a distasteful sauce. How can a restaurant allow a dish like this to leave the kitchen? One of the worst experiences I ever had at a restaurant service was horrific slow they were confused stay away from this place

My girlfriend and I spent a lovely evening at the Double Top Bar and Grill during a Karaoke night (Fridays 8pm to 11pm). They were very busy that night, yet our server, Gina, was able to remain very attentive and very personable. Later that evening, Gina and her manager Karen, spent time chatting with us, making us feel very welcomed and appreciative for our patronage. read more

Doesnt even deserve one star. Food is overpriced. Totally expect to pay higher prices at a casino diner but theres a certain level of expectations that come with it. You can tell nobody gives a crap all from the hostess/hoster all the way down the chain. All seafood is obviously frozen and had to throw away a 27 dollar lobster roll. My other half was picking shells out as she went....you're kidding right? Anything with cheese in it is watery, good thing half the menu is some form of mac and cheese. I kept it simple, got a doubletop burger which is just a burger, no cheese, no nothing. 14 bucks, added cheese, 2 dollars, added bacon, 3 dollars, so basically a 19 dollar gourmet burger price for something most places would have on the menu for like 12-13 bucks(none of this was mentioned by our horrible waitress that spent most of her time socializing who we had to ask specifically for utensils since she obviously wasnt going to do it....which she promptly blamed on the hoster....real teamwork here.) Service is slow, food sucks. NEVER coming back again. Id rather starve. Go anywhere else. I hear the steakhouse is the winner here. read more

My boyfriend and I have been there multiple times and have loved the food but service is usually slow. This experience was so bad that I will never go back. They changed to a small menu but the portions to price ratio is absolutely absurd. We have gotten the philly rolls before and we're amazing, but this time were barely any food for $12. If you're going to charge that much for an app it better be more than 4 bites. So disappointed in the menu change and price increase. We won't be going back if it stays like this. read more
