Here is a photo of the harvest salad which is roasted beets and sweet potatoes and shredded Brussels sprouts. Salad came with about 8 pieces of beets and sweet potatoes and no sprouts. See actual photo of the pieces Appetizer of roasted Brussels sprouts- it was so under cooked the sprouts were raw inside. Atmosphere was nice but food sucked

Chicken piccata with zucchini and baked potato.

A picture is worth a thousand words. The chicken seems boiled. Portions are much too small. The plating is unappetizing which sums up the culinary experience. Stick with pizza or burgers.

Grilled chicken sandwich. Just okay. Fries were good though!

Okay food, but good for what's available in the area. My family rented an AirBnb for a weekend in Lackawaxen, and while we saw a lot of good spots in the area for breakfast and lunch, options for dinner seem slim. We loved how extensive and affordable the menu is. Lots of different kinds of dishes = great for big groups. Very spacious, which I appreciate living in Boston where seating in most restaurants are very limited, and wait times can easily be 2+ hours. Staff here are also friendly. We weren't super impressed with the food (some dishes were way to salty, others were way too bland), but we were just happy to have a dinner option that tailored to the different tastes of my family.

Dana is our new favorite waitress! The food is the star of the show here, though. Joe, the manager is the nicest guy and he runs a friendly, family-focused place!

This is a cozy restaurant with a menu that gets better every season. Joe and his team do a great job. It's great all year long and especially during a day of skiing. Dana was our fabulous waitress tonight.

New improved menu. Many choices. Good crowd at the bar. Love the fireplace. Perfect place to watch college football and have lunch a snack or a meal.

Food was good as we're the drinks. Although the bar tenders are inconsistent you won't get the same mixed drink made the same way twice although they were all good. The place is very bright I could read the menu without my reading glasses not a bad thing but turn down the little spot lights a bit. Ps the place is not called the rapids anymore

The Tiki bar is open! My husband and I had a perfectly cooked burger in a great setting. The Masthope Summit Tiki bar has a great summer menu with burgers, tacos, Asian bowls, pizza and much more. Check it out!

Interior décor is now like an industrial cafeteria with the pizza on the right, a larger kitchen behind that, the old dining section looks like it was turned into bathrooms, and the left bar area was always there, but now a bit more open and roomy. The back deck outdoor seating is also somewhat new as it was just underway back then. The atmosphere is fitting of the type of restaurant it is. Service was polite and friendly, wait time for a party of nine was about 10 minutes if that. We had two toddlers with us so the hostess brought coloring paper and crayons to keep the kids occupied. Food time was a little long but the restaurant was packed, it probably is always packed at that. Not sure how the drink menu has changed but the draft beer list was slim pickens; just American macrobrew crap with two unknown IPAs. No cell service inside so couldn't see the drink menu because you need to scan to bring it up. Food was alright, bar food, sandwiches of all kinds, burgers, pizza, and bbq. Couldn't smell any smoke this time around so not sure where they are making the bbq if they are. Ordered the Nashville hot chicken and waffles sandwich with fried pickles. Frozen pickles and fries; fries I get but make the fried pickles at least. Didn't like the fries really, they were just plain and once you pull them from the oil if they're not overly seasoned they're impossible to season. The waffle sandwich doesn't make any sense at all. The liege waffles were dry and have hard crispy sugar in them leaving you with a sandy mouthfeel which is off putting. The birthday girl got the maple version and agreed the dish was weird. I didn't want to finish it but I did; chicken was good at least. It was crunchy, flavorful, a bit over cooked, but not bad. Others had plain pizza and they said it was tasteless, but to me it looked fine; firm not floppy, but maybe a bit thin. My wife got the caprese fried chicken sandwich and she said the chicken was good. The others got pulled pork fries that didn't look really appetizing; pork over tons of fries with very little sauce and unmelted cheese. Overall NEPA is aggressively, dramatically, and severely inundated with pub style food restaurants to the point it's irritating. Draft's price point is too high to justify many if any repeat businesses for this kind of food. The number of establishments like this enormously outweigh "finer" dining options for nearly the same price.

We chose to sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view of the Delaware River but three tables were occupied and three had the previous guests glasses still on the table so we chose one of the only three "clean" tables available. The table was not cleaned when the dishes were removed. The waitress said it was because the diners had just left? What does this have to do with the table being cleared of dishes but not wiped clean? No big deal the waitresses was polite and professional even if a terrible excuse maker and she wiped the table and took our order. We ordered burgers and fries. The place had been opened for the season for two days at this point but still managed to run out of French fries. I don't know how this is even possible when everything they serve comes with fries (strike two). A salad was substituted but Italian dressing was not available (very odd) we chose the honey mustard which was disgusting and tasted like watered down mustard which made the salads inedible. I'm not even sure the burger was made with real beef. I'd bet they ran out of beef too and gave me a soy burger. It was the driest most pathetic burger I have ever eaten in my 55 years and trust me I've eaten many. The drinks were tasty but I think they forgot to put alcohol in them or maybe they just aren't good at anything. With food this bad they really should get their patrons good and drink before feeding them. Seventy dollar lunch and it wasn't even worthy of boxing up and taking home for the dog.
