We stayed here from Friday to Sunday to celebrate Andrew's birthday. We arrived about 7:30pm, but I checked in on the app. I did have to go to the front desk for ID purposes due to my mom booking the room for us. The hotel was nice, the common areas were clean, and the staff was friendly. We rented the jacuzzi room and it was GORGEOUS! The first impression of the room was it smelled wonderful! It smelled as if someone had been burning incense. The next impression was it was HOT. Someone had set our heat to 77 and we're not the freeze-baby type. It took all night for our room to cool off, even set at 66, and we couldn't sleep because of it. We were both up at 5am and at 6am decided to just get up and get some breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to see a full, hot breakfast. We've stayed in quite a few hotels the last few months and none have had breakfast. We tried a little bit of everything. Unfortunately, we still had heating issues Saturday night as well. It seemed fine during the day, but we could not get comfortable at night. I also gave 4 stars because I had some problems with my keyless entry app at the back door. I assumed it didn't work until I saw another guest was able to use hers.

Look I am diamond and stay in a lot of Hampton inns or Hilton properties. So I see a lot of hotels and have a good perspective. The only reason this one gets 2 stars vs 1 is the breakfast. The breakfast staff were great and selection was good. Hotel for what you get... very run down should be 99 a night. Disappointed in this location.

    More sheets

Overall this hotel stay was terrible to say the least. (October29 7-8pm) It started out great when i checked in but just went downhill, fast, from there. I started in room 137 with loud people stomping above me so i requested to change rooms. Sam and paili or however you spell her name changed me to room 309. I did a room inspection and there was hair all over both beds and pillow cases. So, i go back downstairs and request new sheets and paili tells me she cant do anything since i already changed rooms once. So after going back and forth they finally agreed to change my room again. New room, 337, i take a video before i even walked in to do my inspection pf the room and there is even more hair in the 3rd room ive moved too. So, i go back downstairs and demand new sheets because they wouldn't offer any. I even showed them the video i took of the hair filled room and they still didn't believe me, sam said, "i find that extremely hard to believe," even after he watched the video of HAIR IN THE BED. How about instead of new sheets they threaten to call the police instead because im now mad that they are refusing to do their job and give me new sheets even after showing them VIDEO PROOF of HAIR IN THE BED. Be careful when staying here and make sure to do thorough inspections of your beds or you too will find HAIR IN YOUR BED. And the best part is, THEY MADE ME CHANGE MY OWN SHEETS

    Broken Shower Faucet

Well, here is another unfortunate hotel stay..... In full disclosure I have only stay here the one time, but sometimes we never make it back after these experiences..... The main issue I have is the problems with the shower. Please look at my photos and video. I turned the water on to let the shower warm up. I heard a big thunk and thought something fell off the wall. It was the faucet from the shower. It literally shot off into the tub. It appears they tried to fix it with some caulking, but the heat from the hot water would not allow it to stay in place. Needless to say, my shower was interesting. I complained politely at check out. Did not feel like elevating the complaint and nothing was really offered in a form of compensation. The beds however were great. I slept like a rock, very comfortable pillows too. Breakfast was edible. That's about all I can say. Not sure what they were supposed to have for hot food, as it was empty and no one ever came back to refill. Probably will not stay at this hotel again......

Stayed here to see Creation Museum and Noah's Ark. Hotel was clean. Staff was mm...ok. breakfast is simple (waffles, cereal, sausages, eggs, muffins, bagels, fruit). Super close to airport. Did hear one plane fly by, but overall pretty quiet. Great for family.

    How are the roads?

We left from Indy on a Sat and came home the next day. Drove into downtown no issues. There's a part of 74 under construction but minimal and not that long through. Overall seems good

I don't get on my hands and knees like other people seem to do so idk if there was anything under the beds. Didn't use the microwave but the fridge did work. Coffee pot worked also. Sink and toilet were clean and worked good. Didn't use the shower so can't comment on that. TVs seem old but didn't watch tv so didn't care. The pool was extremely loud and overcrowded. Sign said no more than 15 in the pool and there was at least 25 people in there. No chairs to sit in except maybe 6 and they were all being monopolized by the same loud people our entire stay. Water was freezing. The breakfast was just so so compared to other hotels I've stayed at. All , and I mean all the tables were dirty. Some woman was taking all the sausages and tried to justify to me why she was doing so. Went to eat biscuits and gravy and the biscuit was like a hockey puck. Creepy weird tweaking and twitching guy by elevator didn't feel safe going on there alone with my teen daughter. Also some guys kept lingering in the hall by our room. Doesn't seem safe for women traveling alone. Didn't see any bedbugs or ants or anything kind of bugs so not sure why other people said they did. There are no gas stations or restaurants nearby but if you drive 15 minutes away you can find some. I guess there is a restaurant in the Marriott but didn't try it. Overall the room and front desk staff were great but the pool needs to be monitored, breakfast needs to be a little better and a little cleaner. Also making sure random dudes aren't lingering all over the floors might be a good idea also.

Called the front desk for Country Inn and Suites, they told me where to go(West) and the shuttle would arrive in 5 minutes. True to their word and the driver was really nice. When I arrived there was a family coming down the curbed stairs to the lobby, they looked like they were going swimming. Considering it was raining outside I was a little curious until I saw there was an indoor heated pool! How cool is that. My room is your basic king room, with blackout curtains, a walk-in shower(who really takes a bath at a hotel?) and lots of space. There is a TV, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and my favorite, two USB points at each side of the bed! The front desk called about 10 minutes after my arrival to ensure I was satisfied with the room, I was and I thought that was awesome customer service. The hotel is not close to restaurants but the shuttle driver said one of the hotels nearby has a restaurant with good food and drinks, will check that out later. Well I'm a bit tired from the flight so I'll leave it here. I definitely would recommend booking here if you need an airport hotel and don't mind Uber or car rentals. Forgot to mention breakfast is included!

Its location is convenient to the Cincinnati airport (which is actually in Northern Kentucky), the Florence, KY mall area, I-75/I-71, numerous restaurants and other businesses. The lobby area, which is bathed in bright natural light, offers complimentary water, coffee and tea. Also, on that same level is the fitness room and pool. I was a little disappointed that there was no bar/restaurant, then I realized that this caliber of hotel usually only has a store (market) and not a restaurant. So, my disappointment subsided and I focused on what the hotel did offer. The room was really nice and was laid out very well. It had a kitchenette that contained a microwave, a small refrigerator and of course, a coffee maker that could also be used to make tea. The desk area was nicely partitioned from the sleep area by a floor-to-ceiling hutch. In this way, someone could work at the desk with the light on and not disturb anyone sleeping in the bed. The toilet and shower were separated and in different rooms. The compact room with the toilet had a very small sink, large corner mirror and space for a towel rack. The larger room with the sizeable (two-person) shower had dual sinks, a huge, back-lit mirror, outlets galore and floor space grand enough for one person to comfortably do yoga. The lights in the main room and washrooms were dimmable, which was a really nice feature. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. It contained all the staples both hot and cold. I had a very enjoyable stay and would choose this hotel again.

We checked into our room around 11 PM, and received great customer service from Bridget. Our room was clean, and this was a decent place to stay before our early flight the next morning. You just can't beat the location - it's less than 10 minutes to the main airport terminal. The main reason we selected this hotel was their "Park Here, Fly There" program. For less than $200, we spent the night before our flight, and then registered our car and left it parked for up to seven days at the hotel. After the room rate, the parking comes out to around $10/day, which is so much cheaper than many of the other options nearby. They even have a FREE shuttle to the airport that leaves every 30 minutes. It operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and I can confirm that because we used this service on Christmas morning! The shuttle will even pick you up from the airport and bring you back to the hotel when you land on your return flight - though we ended up just taking an Uber because we didn't want to wait in the cold. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a convenient place to stay before a flight with ample and inexpensive parking! We'd definitely book this package again the next time we fly out of CVG.
