This is our first b&b and probably a bad one for our first time. We're spoiled now! We're in the upstairs of the cabin. Host is very friendly and made us feel like family as soon as we walked in. The room is amazing- feels like we're at home! Reminds is of Chip & Joanna Gaines' farmhouse- that farm-housey feel but luxurious at the same time. Room is complete with comfy bed and linens, coffee maker, fridge, a huge tub, and even a steam shower!

    Welcome to the kitchen!

This was the most AMAZING Bed and Breakfast!! I brought my Best Friend here for a special birthday surprise! We haven't seen each other in years! She mentioned this B&B and I checked it out online and fell in love!!! Once we arrived it was better than the pictures!! It is a must see!! Jennifer even heard me say in our phone call it was Robyns Birthday and she had a Sign made for her ready in our suite!! Breakfast was first class every morning! Jennifer is a trained chef! And you can tell, not only by looking at the plate of food in front of you, but the taste, oh, the food melts in your mouth!!! We stayed in the master suite! It was unbelievable!!! It had a den with a fireplace and a master bedroom and large bathroom with walk-in shower and whirlpool tub! Let me tell you, it was unbelievable!!

Jen the proprietor was delightful and joined us for breakfast on our first morning, prepared by her. It was quite a spread. Just let her know what you want the night before and you get it and a whole lot more. We caught a glimpse of Jen's husband but it seems like Jen is the "out front" person. We are going to ride horses later today. We are not familiar with horses and have each only been on a horse once in our lives but we like trying new stuff. Jen has assured us there will be no galloping or cantering and will provide a lesson before we saddle up. It is Early April 12pm around 45 degrees. We moved our ride to 12pm so it would be a bit warmer. My wife rode Domino I rode Hank. We had a lot of fun. We actually trotted for a bit. Jen was great. Our room is cozy but large on the second floor with a constellation on the ceiling. A private bath with double sink. Very nice. If you like cats like we do you will love the place. There are 7 4 inside and 3 outside we met them all. Very friendly. There is one dog also a friendly fellow. The house was immaculate. We took a hot tub on our last evening here and it was very nice. Tomorrow our final breakfast then back on the road A very enjoyable stay. Nancy & Mark.

The room was warm and inviting with a fireplace and treats for late night snacks. I enjoyed raising the blinds in the morning to let the sun in. Jen and her family are some of the most laid back, welcoming people I have met. The breakfasts were world class and delicious, made by Jen. I purchased her cookbook to ensure I had the opportunity to enjoy the dishes again! I highly recommend staying at First Farm Inn. I know I will definitely go back.

I don't get on my hands and knees like other people seem to do so idk if there was anything under the beds. Didn't use the microwave but the fridge did work. Coffee pot worked also. Sink and toilet were clean and worked good. Didn't use the shower so can't comment on that. TVs seem old but didn't watch tv so didn't care. The pool was extremely loud and overcrowded. Sign said no more than 15 in the pool and there was at least 25 people in there. No chairs to sit in except maybe 6 and they were all being monopolized by the same loud people our entire stay. Water was freezing. The breakfast was just so so compared to other hotels I've stayed at. All , and I mean all the tables were dirty. Some woman was taking all the sausages and tried to justify to me why she was doing so. Went to eat biscuits and gravy and the biscuit was like a hockey puck. Creepy weird tweaking and twitching guy by elevator didn't feel safe going on there alone with my teen daughter. Also some guys kept lingering in the hall by our room. Doesn't seem safe for women traveling alone. Didn't see any bedbugs or ants or anything kind of bugs so not sure why other people said they did. There are no gas stations or restaurants nearby but if you drive 15 minutes away you can find some. I guess there is a restaurant in the Marriott but didn't try it. Overall the room and front desk staff were great but the pool needs to be monitored, breakfast needs to be a little better and a little cleaner. Also making sure random dudes aren't lingering all over the floors might be a good idea also.

Called the front desk for Country Inn and Suites, they told me where to go(West) and the shuttle would arrive in 5 minutes. True to their word and the driver was really nice. When I arrived there was a family coming down the curbed stairs to the lobby, they looked like they were going swimming. Considering it was raining outside I was a little curious until I saw there was an indoor heated pool! How cool is that. My room is your basic king room, with blackout curtains, a walk-in shower(who really takes a bath at a hotel?) and lots of space. There is a TV, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and my favorite, two USB points at each side of the bed! The front desk called about 10 minutes after my arrival to ensure I was satisfied with the room, I was and I thought that was awesome customer service. The hotel is not close to restaurants but the shuttle driver said one of the hotels nearby has a restaurant with good food and drinks, will check that out later. Well I'm a bit tired from the flight so I'll leave it here. I definitely would recommend booking here if you need an airport hotel and don't mind Uber or car rentals. Forgot to mention breakfast is included!

We checked into our room around 11 PM, and received great customer service from Bridget. Our room was clean, and this was a decent place to stay before our early flight the next morning. You just can't beat the location - it's less than 10 minutes to the main airport terminal. The main reason we selected this hotel was their "Park Here, Fly There" program. For less than $200, we spent the night before our flight, and then registered our car and left it parked for up to seven days at the hotel. After the room rate, the parking comes out to around $10/day, which is so much cheaper than many of the other options nearby. They even have a FREE shuttle to the airport that leaves every 30 minutes. It operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and I can confirm that because we used this service on Christmas morning! The shuttle will even pick you up from the airport and bring you back to the hotel when you land on your return flight - though we ended up just taking an Uber because we didn't want to wait in the cold. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a convenient place to stay before a flight with ample and inexpensive parking! We'd definitely book this package again the next time we fly out of CVG.

The shower head was particularly nice. -Room was spacious and had a mini-fridge, desk, and recliner. -Breakfast was edible and free (danishes, waffles, muffins). -Hotel was right around the corner from Florence Mall and a ton of restaurants. Cons: -Bedding shows wear and needs to be replaced, sheets were stained but not actually "dirty" -Non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes. An air freshener or some febreeze would go a long way. -There is a lot of traffic noise from the nearby highway and from people walking in the hallway. If you are used to silence when you sleep this might keep you awake. If you are a city sleeper it is no big deal. -Outdoor pool instead of indoor pool. I've stayed in a wide range of hotels/motels and for the price per night this was was a great deal. I plan to stay again the next time I am in the Cincinnati area.

We've stayed in Motel 6's from California to North Carolina to Florida to Ohio. All have been acceptable. THIS one is NOT. If we weren't so tired and my husband wasn't recuperating from back surgery and needed to lay down, we would have gone somewhere else. It is advertised as NEW. It is an OLD hotel that is a Motel 6 franchise that opened for business without fixing it up first. We could smell the smoke before we opened the door (which had half of the paint missing). There was no option on the website for smoking or non-smoking. The light switch didn't work. The desk draw handle was broken. There was no spindle for the toilet paper. There was a hole in the bathroom door the size of a fist. The bed mattress was smaller than the bed frame, causing us to nick our legs as we squeezed past the bed. The smoke detector was gone, leaving wires hanging from the ceiling. It hadn't been vacuumed. The mini fridge had a freezer that was full of frost. The stench of smoke was so bad that our pajamas smelled like smoke the next day when we got to our destination. Our hosts had to wash our clothes it was so strong. And, the final straw, we got a wake up call at 5:30 in the morning. We didn't ask for one. We got out as fast as we could. We checked the Motel 6 1 mile down the street on Dream street and it was MUCH better. Stay THERE.

It was originally 45$ but I got it for 39$ with my military discount. They also accept dogs with no extra fees. I mean its a Motel 6, you do not expect down comforters and Egyptian cotton linens. The front desk guy "Tim" was so sweet and polite as it gets. When I got to my room he called to see if everything was good with the room and told me to let him know if I needed anything. I am at the one on Dream street due to the other reviewers recommendation. I recommend it for sure. They also have room service. OK... the bad... The motel is cheap which means packed. So as you know people who are in hotels couldn't care less about you getting sleep. I can't knock the hotel for how rude the other customers are. Some dude rapped outside my door at 4:34 A.M (yay) and it sounded like the people right above me did aerobics at 12:45 A.M. Just beware of this part. The building is old. Everything in it was at least 30 years old. Worth 45$ no. But it was the cheapest dog friendly place.

Roadtrip to The Ark Encounter one overnight. Lawrenceburg, Ohio for May 3, 2026…read more Our experience was horrible in regards to bed cleanliness, bathroom cleanliness and customer care/service. When we were getting ready for bed, we turned down the King size bed in room 624, the fitted sheet was stained with a medium sized skidmark (fecal matter) showing the linen had not been washed or maybe changed. Further examination showed the stain passed through the fitted sheet down through to the mattress cover. The mattress cover itself had additional stains that resembled bed wetting with severe yellow staining on the rt side edge, with splattered brown stains on the side of the mattress cover. We did not discover the condition of the bed linen until we turned the bed down at 11:30 pm. We immediately called the front desk to report the issue. It took 2 contacts with the front desk to get sheets which did not fit the king size bed because they were queen flat sheets and no fitted sheet. She alleged there were no King fitted sheets available. The long haired redheaded young lady who brought the flat sheets was not kind or helpful when she informed us she was 5 min past her shift and she was unable to do anything more for us. We told her to please find a fitted sheet for us. She returned with a fitted sheet but when we tried to make the bed, it was a Queen size sheet!! She reluctantly went to speak with someone who might help us obtain a fitted King sheet. The next young lady who brought a fitted King sheet was even more curt and unkind. She brought the correct size fitted King sheet but had a harsh rude tone and way of handing it over. I tried to show her the condition of the bed but refused to come in and see it stating she was not allowed to come into the room, even though the other young lady had come in when I wanted to show her the foul condition of the shower and bathroom floor; red mold throughout the lower tile and edge of the shower pan. The bathroom floor had not been vaccumed or swept before we occupied the room The two young ladies we dealt with, did not treat us with kindness nor in a professional manner... it was as if we were a bother. We took pictures of the soiled bedding and will email a letter to corporate when I find the address. I do want to give kudos to the check in clerk, Venus, who was friendly and professional. Manager Ashlyn seemed genuinely concerned about our horrid experience. Ashlyn was kind and professional. The welcome complimentary Chocolate Chip cookies were super delicious and a surprise to us at check in. I cannot recommend this hotel and I hope this experience is an anomaly. Because of the overnight employees' lack of interest to resolve the issue at the time it was discovered... I will not return... Oh... and the sheets appeared to be so old that the weave was shred in several areas. There was no microwave or refrigerator. We found out later we could have separately rented them had we asked for them. But they should have given us the option. We were advised that only suites were equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.
