The owner of the company came back once which was a quick temporary fix. That did not resolve the issue. Now it's 9 months later, toilets still not working, a few weeks before Thanksgiving. I reach out again and ask for help. We have guests for Thanksgiving. He said he would fix before then, got aggravated when I asked for status updates and never showed up. He was across the street in new construction but didn't have the courtesy or care to come over and resolve. Imagine, I paid into 7 figures to build a house and the toilets don't flush and the plumber can't and or won't figure it out and fix. There are only two types of contractors: the first, has pride in his work and ensures that his customers are satisfied. Thankfully, my project had mostly these types. The second, gets paid and you never see him again. This contractor is clearly the latter Sharing this for the benefit of future homeowners.
