We did a major whole-house renovation with Simmons (over the Christmas holiday and while we were living in the house), tearing down/adding walls, changing the trim, ripping out old dark tile and brown shag carpet and replacing with beautiful white oak hardwoods and lovely light carpet. The flooring installation was impeccable. We also had the interior of our home painted from floor to ceiling, added a secret bookcase door, and the Simmons team renovated a useless sunken second family room into a private suite complete with a kitchen. He took out the cheap materials the other tile contractor was attempting to get past us (and would have if we hadn't found Chad) and replaced everything with quality materials and extra steps to make sure we didn't have problems with the shower in the future. We couldn't be more satisfied. He helped us with decisions and made the new custom shower look beautiful. Never a mess, never a problem, never a worry. He did a great job at a reasonable rate and we highly recommend him if you need any tile work done. We are about to remodel another master bathroom in our other home and we won't look for anyone else. Chad Weaver is the guy to call!
