Fish is such a dicey proposition in even some of the best of restaurants as it is so often overcooked. This could not have been cooked more perfectly by Eric Ripert! Super moist, flaky flesh with flavorful blackened spices and sear. The very generous portion of meatloaf is smothered in a rich sauce and tender mushrooms. The vegetables here are clearly shown some love. The fresh medley is cooked just right with tasty seasonings. The rice is attractively and tastily garnished and a great compliment to both these dishes. Just an all around delightful luncheon experience in what is such an enjoyable ambiance and setting.
