Food was amazing. We ordered the calamari. 2 orders of oysters, crab cups, and shrimp cocktail. With the most amazing fruit and floral margarine ever and a miller lite draft. We came during Happy Hour so our bill was $75. Atmosphere was clean and music was great. Will come back

Oyster Me! This place was my obsession during the trip. Their Happy Hour deal of $1.50 oysters was unbeatable--I came back multiple times and even crushed 20 oysters in one sitting... zero regrets! The shrimp cocktail was next-level, with shrimp so big and meaty they were practically steak-like. We also tried the Kobe and Filet sliders--both tasty, but the Kobe was the clear winner for me. Service? Absolutely flawless--friendly, professional, and on top of everything. The location is super convenient inside Resorts Hotel, just steps from the famous Boardwalk. And the vibe? Stunning. Think ornate ceilings, a bright sunlit bar, and modern chic décor that makes you want to linger all afternoon. I stuck to the bar side this trip, but it felt plenty high-end without even stepping into the formal dining area. If you love oysters (or just amazing seafood in general), this spot is a must. I'll be dreaming about those $1.50 oysters for a long time.

Had a great Lunch in the Raw Bar for a price fix menu...Best Burger in AC. Too bad it's only offered Saturday and Sunday.

Still a great place to celebrate. We enjoyed a later lunch, with a bachelor party on the other side of the pillars... like I said, great place to celebrate. Seated and were taken care of, as usual. Ordered tomahawk for 2 again, with the baby. Brussels sprouts at the key side, mashed potatoes are the baby's faves! I forgot to mention that the tomahawk comes with a few stems of broccolini. It was my bday and it was after baby girls nap, so everything was great. Casually dressed and they welcomed us with open arms. It wasn't as dim as dinner service, which was nice and appreciated. It was definitely livelier for lunch service.

We heard about the happy hour at Dougherty's Steakhouse at Resorts Casino so we gave it a try and we were so happy we did!! What a fabulous deal for amazing cocktails and food. Make sure you get there early as people are lining up at 3:45 to get in. Don't miss the happy hour tower for $16, the coconut shrimp were huge, crispy and delicious, and the filet sliders were perfect. We can't wait to go back again!

We came here on a Saturday night before the Diana Ross concert. We really wanted to like this place as we love Docs and Knife and Fork. My friend is gluten free and we informed the waiter. He really had no idea what she could eat. She wanted the salmon but without the toasted pasta. He said it couldn't be done. Why? Isn't everything made fresh? When we asked he just said they couldn't do it. The appetizers were amazing but the main courses failed to impress. The filet did not taste like a fresh cut piece of meat but rather frozen. The crab was not jumbo lump meat. The béarnaise sauce was thin and watery. My friend enjoyed her chicken but they did not give her enough sauce for the entire meal. Our waiter was attentive at first but then had too many tables as the night progressed and seemed to have forgot about us. We would not return to this location.

During happy hour from 4-6: Steamed clams (7 count), coconut shrimp (5 count), $6 chardonnay

The best seafood happy hour in Atlantic City. During HH, their $1/each raw clams and $10 crab claws are must haves! I also ordered their steamed clam, coconut shrimp and raw oysters. The steamed clams were just ok as there were only 7 pieces in the order. The coconut shrimp was large and served with a sweet pineapple-apricot sauce which was addicting. Their NJ oysters was a good price for being in a casino but they were kinda small and not as briney as I wanted them to be. Their $6/glass house wine isnt bad either. Grab a seat at the bar from 4-6!

This was one of the most exquisite dining experiences. The service & the meal were fabulous. I was here for restaurant week, & now I fear they're going to take my money because I need to come back all year! I had wonderful oysters on the half. Then lobster tail with the best asparagus I ever tasted. I am aware of how that sounds and I refuse to debate the issue, somehow they've made asparagus, a transcendent experience. Of course the lobster was absolutely perfect. The desert was Keylime pie, my only complaint there was that the portion was small, lol. Everything was wonderful. I cannot wait to bring my wife back.

    Worse waitress EVER!

Long overdue review! Yes, the place is decent, the happy hour menu is very good, great atmosphere, nicely priced for a casino spot. The rating is for this arrogant & rude individual. She made our experience unforgettably horrible with her blatant disrespect & very clear rudeness! She started out professional but due to the vibe of happy hour, become unhinged quickly. My girlfriend (a high roller) invited me to join her on her recent visit from NY. This waitress apparently knew her from previous visits as she addressed her with familiarity. As a high roller, she is used to ordering many items at once. As she ordered, (deciding on more items) this waitress became impatient and excused herself as she told us there were others that needed her as it was a busy time. After a time, she returned, appeared bothered as she took our order. She came back for our drink orders, reversed actions for a restaurant. The items were timely delivered, but we needed a few things that were missing. Sauces, napkins etc. and she visually behaved as if we were a bother. As we ended our meals, we needed to go boxes. She gave inappropriate containers for a dish (liquids) that required a lid container. When asked, she said she couldn't do that as it was against regulations. My friend told her that she had been given her request on prior visits with no issue. We asked for a manager, she said she'd ask, returned and confirmed she couldn't accommodate her request. AND said the manager was unavailable! Then she muffled something as she turned and walked away. Whoa, she apparently was not having a good day, and we certainly didn't either! Suggestion, take a good look at these pics &!avoid her, perhaps your experience may be better.

Great service, amazing food and quiet environment. Carlos was my server and he was pleasant and friendly. I ordered the Tomahawk steak and it came a bit undercooked as requested, however, I was ok with it because I ate around the parts that were cooked as wanted and took the rest to go (heating up will make it to the cook I want). The steak is definitely for 2 people and comes with 2 sides which are big portions. I chose sweet potato and creamed spinach. Had a whisky sour that was also good. Would want to try their happy hour menu.

Just amazing! Went on thanksgiving for their price fixed menu. Just wow. Pasta was to die for and Mrs had the filet which was off the charts. Went off the menu and had the carrot cake for dessert and best Cc I've ever had. $200 all in. Just top notch

Located inside Resorts Casino. One side is tablecloth dining, the other side has casual raw bar, happy hour & entrees. We chose casual & both enjoyed our light dinner of oysters and coconut shrimp. Fresh varieties of bread included. Friendly, efficient servers.Good Prices. $40 for 2 tax & tip. We did not have any alcohol. We were well satisfied with the quality of oysters and the succulent well flavored jumbo shrimp. Just enough to satisfy on a humid day of walking those boards!

Ehh.. the happy hour prices are good but don't let it fool you. I think everything is frozen. The oyster prices are good but very small. The zucchini fries are big frozen chunks. We had to send them back. We ordered the hummus is that also looked dry and tasted weird. Our sever was super sweet but probably won't ever come back here. It was busy but not too loud with the live music. The calamari was rubber and stuck together. 2 starts only for our sever and $5 high noons.

The bar occasionally offers live music, but my favorite time to visit is during the holidays, when they turn it into a festive Christmas spot with holiday beverages. There are fun decorations, strands of lights, Home Alone 2 playing on the televisions, and much more to really get you in the holiday spirit. I most recently tried the Pomegranate Margarita on their seasonal menu and thought it was excellent; it was not too sweet or too weak. I should note that there are rarely servers in the lounge area, so you typically need to go up to the bar to place an order, which can disrupt the flow of fun you might be having. Overall, I think the 1927 Lounge is decent on a normal day, but much better when they have a themed takeover happening.

We actually ordered a second one because of how good it was. The shrimp and garlic were fresh, the size was large, and even the bread paired really well with it. In the shadow of the Bally's tower, it's possible to take a selfie showing the reflection of the building on which you stand, in the copper mirrors of the Bally's windows. It took a couple minutes to get his attention. 1 - soft pretzel. The pretzel itself was good. It says it comes with spicy mustard. It does NOT. It came with some nasty, flavorless honey mustard type dip. It was not spicy mustard. 2 - buffalo wings. I am not quite sure how they made the sauce. It had something in it we could not put our finger on but it was not the traditional buffalo sauce you'd expect. We left two or three wings uneaten. 3 - cheesesteak eggrolls. I stopped in for dinner around 6:15 PM and, as always, the atmosphere was welcoming. There's indoor seating, a full bar, and a fantastic outdoor space complete with games, a fire pit, and one of the best music playlists in town--often accompanied by live entertainment. It's the kind of place where locals and visitors naturally mix together, creating a fun and friendly energy. One thing that always makes me smile is the sign when you walk in explaining that the bartenders and servers may be outside and asking guests to let them know they've arrived. Honestly, who could blame them? With the fresh salt air coming off the Atlantic Ocean and the outdoor atmosphere they've created, it's exactly where I'd want to be too. Tonight I ordered the crab cake platter, served with garlic French fries and coleslaw. The crab cakes were very good, packed with flavor, and the fries were crispy, garlicky, and absolutely delicious. A simple meal done right. Everything was fresh and appealing, I eat small portions so I took one crab cake and some fries home with me. I did ask about dessert, nothing was available, I don't do sweets frequently, I'm surprised they don't request Momma Chocolate, at Bar32 to make some extras for days they are closed. They also have a great $25 dinner special on the weekends, however we weren't looking to eat that heavy. But the live music on weekends at 7pm brought me in without the specials. We started with a down East blackberry cider $8, and a wanderback Hugo pilsner $7. We took our time sipping slowly while the band's set up and began to play. I think our server was more eager for us to make a food order than we were to eat yet. But when we finally did order, we chose a Tennessee Avenue tycoon salad and the "Phish" grilled fish tacos on corn tortillas. The salad was fresh but ordinary, with grilled chicken, blue cheese, egg and bacon. Spouse opted for some sort of orange dressing instead of the normal avocado dressing, perhaps it was the same one I loved on the fish tacos, a chipotle aoli. The Phish tacos were on soft corn tortillas that needed more time on the flat grill with a little oil to crisp them up! The fish was nice and white with good sized pieces in each taco. The cabbage slaw inside was wet, mashed avocado and so was the aoli, so a little gloppy but good even if it fell apart. These tacos are normally served with a side of chips, so I asked what options I had besides potato. Our server happily volunteered a grilled vegetable side which I loved until I found out it was an $8 upcharge of which he didn't inform me when ordering. That's an extreme amount, for not advising the customer prior. We stayed for a second round, I had another blackberry cider because it was delicious. Spouse switched to the Blue Horizon Kolsch, but apparently it was high test because it was $10. It was a lovely evening but, room for improvement. The band was fantastic, played all our favorites and we stayed a lot longer as a result of the great weather and the lovely picnic tables in the "garden". The beer hall has done a great job making this a fun hangout!
