I have saw the sign for a few months but today was the magical day I decided to go in and try it out. Once I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a sample donut hole which was moist and delicious. The Variety of donuts had me so excited that I had to get 12 it was only right. So I am giving them this Review for the glaze, Crumb cake, blueberry and some twisty glaze donuts. First off let me say don't judge me I came here to do a review and in order to do that review I had to taste 4 or 5 donuts. Full of their donuts were a moist and flavorful. Okay - so maybe a one star is kind of harsh for not ever really being their customer, but I tried really hard to be. Came in here just to try it one day, I was fourth or so in-line. They had three employees working, one of whom had been called from the back by the other two employees - all taking care of one customer. Their three on one approach to taking care of customers left the rest of us in a lurch. It's not that difficult - it's donuts!!! I looked at the cases and everything was in total disarray - clearly none of the flavors matched any of the signs and from the customer perspective I couldn't even tell what they had. By the time I started looking up and seeing I had no way of figuring out what I might want - and the line had still not moved at all - and the entire house of staff was still stressing and struggling over one customer - I decided the wait wasn't worth it.... read more

Dunkin who? If Dunkin was your go-to Douglasville doughnut shop you need to rethink your priorities. This is the obligatory go-to doughnut shop. They are pretty recent so there isn't 30 different flavors available but there is enough so that you can have 12 different savoury pastries. They also have bubble tea/boba and coffee/macchiato and all that jazz. So far I've only had the doughnuts and I can't complain at all. The Donuts are very good . I would stop they every-time Im inDouglasVille But one Saturday I had a bad experience when I saw flies all over the donuts and they continued to sell them. I confronted the clerk about the Flies on the food and she sounded like it wasn't a big deal. I stopped going there. The health inspector would have closed them up until they find a solution for the those nasty flies on the food. That's how people get parasites in there body. read more

This place is definitely worth trying. I'm from out of town, but if I lived in Douglasville it would be my go to donut place. I ordered a kaloche and strawberry donut. Stumbled upon this place. It seems like a small family owned business. I got a few dozen donuts and they added a handful of donut holes on top for free. Family and I loved them. They make them fresh every morning and if you get there too early they might not have every option because they ate still making them in the back. I moved from Compton, CA to Douglasville nearly 6 years ago and I do not like Krispy Kreme nor do I like Dunkin Donuts. I've been saying since day one that we need a donut shop like the ones back home. Well the donut Gods have answered my prayers in the form of Douglas Donuts! My gauge for a good donut shop is how good the Apple fritters are, let's just say I was doing a happy dance after my first bite! Excellent donuts....I got a Bavarian cream, apple fritter, and a plain glazed. They tasted very fresh and were some of the best donuts I've had before. I also got the mocha ice coffee. It was very good. It was served with a wide straw for easy drinking. I will return to this place. read more

Great donut place! They have a wide variety of donuts and the customer service is great. It was my first time here and I tried the spicy Kaloche which is so good! I also got offered to try a sample of the donut holes which I ended up getting a dozen of those. My mom got a apple fritter, and also got a dozen of the donut holes and a spicy Kaloche. I'm not a huge doughnut fan, but these are so good that when I'm near I have to stop by! I love the crumb cake doughnut, it literally reminds me of my childhood. And you have to try the kolache!! I've tried them before at a Korean shop in Marrietta, but these are soooo much better! Definitely worth the stop! read more

Very nice place fresh donuts and a very nice variety ! The best part is you get 6 big donuts for only $5 bucks !!!! The cinnamon roll is the BOMB.com ! The rum cake is very good reminds you of Cinnamon Toast Crunch but in a donut form and taken up a notch which is hard to do ! The Old Fashioned Sour Dough county's are really good and dense just how they are supposed to with just the right crunch ! Try those three and you won't go wrong ! Side note I begged her to make a Glazed Fried Croissant and she said she's gonna make it happen soon, so I'll be on the look out for that ! Bottom line folks GO HERE ! read more

Great "Non-Chain" donut location. Product display was great, product was consistent with display and menu. The donuts were fresh and delicious. Store was clean and service was good. Let me just start by saying there is no other cake donut for miles and miles that are like the ones from California except for the ones at Douglas Donuts. I love this place! Dunkin' Donuts is gross and Krispy Kreme is way too far away because we live in a small town. But I love that this place opened up! I go there almost every morning and talk to Chris, she's wonderful and very pleasant to talk to. The doughnuts were fresh, smoothie was average, sausage, potatoes, egg and cheese burrito was disgusting. After one bite I had to trash it. The only reason I would never return here is because it smells like an old dirty mop.
