I looked up to see the two people behind the counter scrolling on their phones, and I could see a shot into. I guess their kitchen area behind the counter where that person was also scrolling on their phone. In my mind that is terrible customer service. The fact that they didn't greet me or asked me what I wanted as I stood there was so rude. But they didn't even realize I was there probably because everybody was scrolling on their phone. Very disappointed. And it wasn't like there was a lot of people inside. There was a small group of three people that look like they may have been waiting on food. Makes me question customer service with businesses nowadays. I left without getting anything.

Service at the speaker was friendly and the helpful, along with the service from the associate who handed me my beverage. I assume them to be same person, and she was pleasant.
