This is not a Salvation Army type store, yes, all items are used, but all are designer or something you may have seen in a store. They do not have a huge vintage section and that is fine. It has just really nice things that I would end up paying a lot more for new. The service is great. The staff is nice and knows what is in the store and where. They couldn't sell them because they lost the key to unlock the block thing that the alarm goes off if cut. Again, I gave my number and today, they called and found the key. All the girls working here were totally sweet and helpful. I'll definitely be popping in from time to time. I walked around the store for a few minutes, and then was strangely approached by one of the saleswoman saying "this is actually a showroom and you can't take anything off the racks" Ok... Then I asked if I could try a few pieces on. It felt like the saleswoman was trying to scare me away by saying I can, but there was a wait. Granted you do receive the refund back but they just don't reply to emails even if you have a question about sizing. They need to be stronger in this area especially during this time and all the time actually. Don't send them direct messages on IG either bc it will go unnoticed and unanswered. The best is to call (which I have) if you have any questions. However there are times when calling is not option but sending an email is. I hope they improve on this area of their customer service in the near future. Looking forward to visiting the store when it's safe to reopen.
