Why wouldn't he be at his office at 9 for his 9 o'clock appointment?? The chubby white girl tech has a bad attitude and is rude. Office is ugly and dated and looks like it's some backroom sketchy dentist office. Seriously disappointing. This is a small town and you will not be successful if you don't treat people right.

My mom took the day off work, so she could take him to this appointment that we waited forever to get. Of course there was a poor excuse - the dentist that works on Fridays switched his schedule to come in on Thursday. If this was the case, why not call everyone that was on his Friday schedule, to have them be seen on Thursday. Makes no sense. If you schedule someone's appointment 3+++ months in advance, you have plenty of time to coordinate appropriately! I didn't hear the message and my mom drove 1 1/2 hour to take him. To make matters even worse, my sons insurance will only cover him for nine more days. They said they will put him on their priority list and that hopefully they can see him next week. Being as I was told that 3 months back, I doubt it that this will even happen; It's just their way of putting clients on the back burner.

His office staff have all worked for him for years, which says a lot about his character. They are all top notch and so helpful. Dr Wilson saw me for an emergency years ago in Paradise and I have never forgotten that. I've seen him recently for some dental work that required adjustments and I always got in the same day to have adjustments. His philosophy is (apparently) it's not right until it's right.
