She was asking me some questions and I was asking her questions, she seemed frustrated with me, so I said that I wasn't from the area and I was just confused because my dentist never asked me these questions and she said "then maybe you should find another dentist" and hung up. I still can't believe it! If you have any questions, don't come to this office, you'll piss them off and they'll tell you to go elsewhere. They clearly have enough business and don't need anymore!

She told me if my daughters tooth got worse over the weekend to call her personal cell and she would call in a prescription for antibiotics etc. she was kind and helpful the entire time. About two hours later I get a call from my daughters school and she is in pain and the left side of her face is swelling up. I called the doctor back and she immediately called in a prescription for my daughter to kill the infection and keep her out of pain until Monday. She went above and beyond for us and she received nothing in return. She is a rare gem, I'm glad we called her and she will be our daughters new dentist. He didn't offer that service. I didn't end up getting my filling done because he wanted me to go to a dentist that had laughing gas for my comfort for this particular tooth. When my mom called to make an appointment for a cleaning- the receptionist had told my mom that I wasn't allowed back because I wasn't compliant and was a problem kid but nothing like that was said during the appointment. He doesn't know how to handle children's fear and has no patience for them. Such a bummer.
