In the medical world, it seems like the whole process is normally just a headache, especially when it comes to recovery. Dr. James and Leigh and the rest of the staff are just phenomenal. Dr. James is so well informed and great at what he does. I don't have a lot of experience with chiropractors but the service here is such top notch, I'm not interested in going to anyone else! He is so helpful with suggestions about other resources for my health and recovery, and is so attentive to my needs at any given time. They're so efficient with referrals and billing. She was asking me some questions and I was asking her questions, she seemed frustrated with me, so I said that I wasn't from the area and I was just confused because my dentist never asked me these questions and she said "then maybe you should find another dentist" and hung up. I still can't believe it! If you have any questions, don't come to this office, you'll piss them off and they'll tell you to go elsewhere. They clearly have enough business and don't need anymore!

While waiting I watched patients come in greeted by first names , smiles and How have you beens? I could tell they were returning patients and happy being there. To me that's a Good sign that they're pleased with their care there. The X Ray technician was extremely gentle and friendly.
