I was shocked to find some woman veterinarian come in and in a nutshell she decided that the cat was dangerous and needed to be put to sleep. She couldn't force me but she was so strong and insistent and I was in such shock I wasn't thinking clearly I never would have allowed that without more evaluation. And so I put my five-year-old baby to sleep because she has been attacking me when I realized when I went home and found more research that I was covering her hiding spot and she was stressed and I told the doctor that this was a recent behavior which should have clued her and I killed my poor baby only 5 years old for no reason. The doctor was hardcore and vicious maybe she was good medically but certainly not adequate on other levels and I'm devastated. How do you bring back an animal that you loved and raised since it was 3 months old? The cat was my friend it was perfect I realized that but it should have been evaluated differently. I don't know why I wasn't thinking clearer.. I'm shocked at myself for allowing this to happen without more evaluation. I would not go to this hospital unless you see Dr Katz but I'm going to call him and give him a piece of my mind for hiring a woman who had no heart and was totally way off base. She even said well there are 800,000 animals out there waiting to be adopted like this one doesn't even matter. This was my pet!!! A pet who slept on my bed at night and kissed me in the morning who was stressed out and I didn't realize it and there was the doctors mandatory obligation to explore a little bit more about why the cat may have been acting out rather than scaring and shocking me as she did. I hope she has a miserable life because she's a cruel and miserable human being for what she did to me for no reason.

They sent him to Dr. Jiao and he told my parents that the dog is not overweight but has bad joints and arthritis and will never walk again, and he put my poor dog on medication for the rest of his life. After hearing this from my parents and arguing with them to try and convince them that Dr Jiao is a typical money hungry lying sneaky pig who knows more than well my dog is overweight, I put my foot down and began to feed the dog myself. I put him on a strict lean meat diet one meal a day and cut all the medication and within 3 weeks my dog is running around full of life happy as can be. Send your pets to this clown at you own risk.

The malocclusion caused wounds in his palate and terrible seizure-like episodes day and night; he lost significant weight because it was so painful to eat. Fortunately, through an online search we found Dr. Surgeon, who succeeded in completely resolving the issue. Thanks to Dr. Surgeon's intelligence, skill, and compassion, our dog is still with us, all healed up, back to his healthy weight, and calmly and happily enjoying his elder years. Do not trust this practice to actually communicate internally. My dog was put on the exam table,…read morethoroughly checked, paperwork completed, and his old records were emailed over at their own office with a reply " call us to set up any appointments". Nobody said one word about needing a separate "new patient" appointment. Then his paw started bleeding. We called for help and were flatly told the other office "couldn't take him" because he'd never been seen as a new patient, despite the fact that he absolutely had been. A dog in pain got turned away over an internal paperwork technicality that took their own staff thirty seconds to explain, if anyone had bothered. Also, my other dog has been a patient for years so they knew me. When we pushed back, the vet stated that she never checked him. Even though she had him on the table?!?! I figured she would say let him come in to see the paw. That's a practice choosing to protect itself over a customer whose dog needed care. Two offices that can't sync a patient file is a system failure. Refusing to own it when it hurts an animal is a choice. We're done, both dogs are gone, and so is any recommendation from us.

I said she not breathing and the said 3pm again. I had a very important and expensive medical appointment that day that I really couldn't miss. I hated to but I left her alone for a little bit. When I came home she was stiff. I called Dr. levy's office back and they were like go to the emergency clinic. I don't know why I didn't even think of going somewhere else or to an emergency clinic in the morning. More importantly they should have suggested it in the morning. It's been more than two years and I still miss my kitty every single day.

So besides needing eye drops for glaucoma and a cataract she required Prednisone. Well we all see these commercials for wonder drugs ( the wonder is why we take them with all the side effects) so even though the Prednisone gave my girl relief it slowly started to effect other systems. Last week in what appeared to be overnight she slowly stopped eating but only drank. That was a red flag. Took her to an emergency facility which was a nightmare. Four hours sitting around waiting for some diagnosis. Every so often someone would come out and give some empty info. Finally a vet came out and provided me with a 3 page plan with an estimate that sent me to the cardiologist. This where Zen Dog comes in. Based on the diagnosis and the plan with no light at the end we felt the best most humane course of action was to euthanize. Spoke with Dr. Ray., he could not have been more understanding and compassionate. He showed up at the house took the time to explain the process. Once comfortable with what was going to happen he started. Dr Ray gave us time to be with her and comfort her until the end. It was a very tough thing to deal with but she went with family around in her home and peacefully. If anyone who reads this is at that point with their beloved pet, Zen Dog is in my opinion a great comforting option
