This included a free all-points inspection with photos and info (e.g. brake pad thickness) and broke everything down by degree of urgency. Service was prompt and friendly, and after I discovered transmission fluid was leaking from one car when we got home, they apologized and got me back in right away to correct the issue. Parking lot is tight and there's no night drop (fenced lot), but they have a nice waiting area and their lobby shows how involved they are in supporting the local community. Most recently, I brought the car in after another shop told me I needed rear brakes, calipers, and suspension work totaling a pretty significant bill. Larsen's took the time to actually inspect everything and gave me a much more accurate picture. They confirmed the rear brakes were still in good shape (around 10mm), the control arm bushings were fine, and none of that additional work was needed right now. That kind of honesty is rare. They previously handled my front brake service, and everything was done right, no issues since. This time they also completed an alignment and oil service, both at fair prices. Mark was especially helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained what was actually needed versus what could wait, and didn't try to upsell anything. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed. Bonus points to him since he's a fellow Atlanta Braves fan! So just get it right the first time. Bad service...bad response. Zero stars on this one if I could. It wasn't until I came to write the review that I saw their 3.6 rating. With all of the other options we have, you'd think they'd be working hard to get a 4.8 or so. But based on their review numbers, customer service isn't their strong suit.

It was an arranged appointment yet the person who I was to meet briefly shook hands and then never saw him again. They tried to convince me longbed tundras all have the 32 gal gas tanks which was a blatant lie. I own one and that's what I'm looking to change! First guy tried to sell me a truck for rediculous price wasting my time and not familiar with the options available. We will check our inventory they said...1/2 hr would pass and then I get yet another employee. Must have been passed around to half dozen by time I was done. And then his manager came and repeated the lie. He says well I'll go check the specs. Never saw him again. Finally the sales manager took over and dropped price another 10k below what the first sales guy claimed they couldn't go below. That finally got my interest because it's actually a really good deal. But then comes the next problem. After taking like 20 minutes for appraisal he shows me Kelly BB supposed valuation that's 1-6k less than the actual Kelly BB value and 6k less than Edmund's trading value. And of course kbb is often less than real market value too esp for trucks. I'm fine with them needing to make a profit I get that. Just don't lie to me. Just tell me they can pay market rate and apologize. Be kind - hmm that's Chehalis Toyota. Andy their sale tax is 1% less. I prefer buying local but sucks when they don't treat you right.

I called because I forgot to ask them to transfer my trailer hitch to the car I bought. I thought maybe they could do that. I went in and was told by another salesman that I could not have it as it is part of the car. It seems they are willing to work with you to sell you a car, but after the fact they don't care about your needs. The other thing is, and this is partly on me, they never talked about the out the door price, only the payment. This is deceptive.
