Amazing!!! Shane is a great representative of this fine establishment. He helped me from start to finish. He also helped me out buy fixing some minor damage along with the part of the car that needs to be repaired which saved me a lot of money! When I dropped off the car, they told me 1 week. The damage was fixed in like 2 days!!! They even cleaned and detailed my car, it was amazing. My baby was looking brand new and I couldn't believe my eyes. They didn't use any new parts in the portion of the car that actually got damaged, except for the parts they had to replace (silver lining on the window) and it looks and still drives great!!! The transition from dropping of my car to receiving a rental was also very easy. The enterpise representative (Mack) was also great and accommodating. I met with Jeremy at his business, discussed the job cost and his time schedules. He was friendly and extremely professional. He stated about 2 weeks to complete the job and he'd call me when it was completed. He took care to protect the new tailgate, and even explained some dings in the metal that he'd take care of as the job progressed. A very fair price was agreed on and deposits make, receipted, and I left comfortable with his outstanding positive manner. On the time frame he'd stated I got the call to pickup the tailgate. The painting, no runs, errors and totally cover all surfaces. He explained the procedure that he was going to do, and it was accomplish to that discussion. He even went as far as to reassemble the old mechanism of the old gate to the new one. This was far and above the original job request. This should've been my first red flag. They quoted me $2000 total for the damages from our Tesla. I went to another collision shop who actually do work on Tesla's and their damage estimate was 6500. This is more realistic as everybody knows Teslas can be expensive to repair. If you have a Tesla, I highly do not recommend going to this place. Also, the estimate took almost 3 days to acquire, whereas the other place I went to created an estimate for me and took pictures in under an hour.
