Everything was very organized and all items had sticker prices or a sign next to items. Upon seeing the Franciscan Desert Rose dinnerware I knew I had to find a way to get it. The price was too high for my budget so I decided to return 10 minutes before they ended the sale and crossed my fingers it was still available. To my luck when i returned and it was still available there ! The lady's at Mansfield estate sales were extremely generous and gave me a great discount. I was absolutely thrilled, they were kind enough to help me pack and take everything to my car. I would 100% be attending their future sales.

He was also completely transparent every step of the way. I hired an antique appraiser along with Arthur, but in several cases Arthur was more knowledgeable. He found better ways to sell some silver and gold in the house as well as moved all my appliances and got a bunch for some small items that I didn't think were valuable. Finally, he was upfront with his pricing. I knew what the sale and clean out were going to cost and Arthur was honest about what we were likely to make so I could make a good decision going in. They came out and within 5 minutes was able to tell me I didn't have enough value for them to host a sale. They never really looked at anything, missed half the rooms an avoided the closets completely. I don't understand how you could just peek in the rooms and know the value of the item, especially since most items where in boxes. I called 3 other estate sales companies and they all spent about an hour or two and asked lots of questions. I know I don't have a million dollars in stuff, but he could have at least been respectful and spent any time looking at all my items before making an evaluation.
