He helped me assess whether it was more cost effective to repair or replace. He came out, fixed everything up and the total came in below estimate! His troubleshooting is incredible. When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. When my service day came, Eric was right on time, checked the service panel as a matter of practice finding a loose wire and then was able to replace the pump even though near impossible to get to location. I have been meaning to write this review for a while. A Clear Choice has maintained our pool (and…read moreopened and closed it) the past two summers. They do an absolutely wonderful job. Our pool is crystal clear, and we never have any issues with it in between service visits. In addition, every single one of their staff who I've interacted with is unfailingly polite, friendly, and helpful. They always wave hello and smile to our kids. Recently, we were swimming as they arrived, and they offered to do our neighbor's pool first so we could have more time to swim. They made my kids' day. (Especially since it rained later that afternoon!) We knew absolutely nothing about pools when we bought our house, and their staff are so patient and thorough when answering all my newbie questions. When I call the office and the woman answers, she is always extremely helpful. Like many small businesses right now, they seem to be struggling a bit with returning phone calls, yet I can't fault them for that when everything else they do is so high quality. We are really, really happy with their service and would highly recommend them.
