*Only gave 1 star because there is no option for ZERO stars…read more I will sum this business up in one sentence: I rented my house through tpw, and the renters they swore they adequately qualified, caused thousands of dollars of MAJOR DAMAGE to my home. They did not take a proper deposit. They did not have a copy of the renters' license or credit card on file, in fact, they did not even personally hand the keys to the renters to confirm that they were the right people, they just left the keys in a mailbox for them. They claimed they would pay us for the damage to "make things right" but then changed course and said they never said that. They gave us nothing. I could go on and on. Bottom line: tpw is new to the valley and they already have a bad reputation, probably because they don't care about your home at all, they just want to make money regardless of the cost. If you use tpw to rent your home, neither you, nor they have any idea who they are putting in your house, and if any damage is done, good luck, you're going to have to claim through your own insurance. you might as well just hand your keys to a bunch of strangers...

After complaining about smoking outside of our unit for two months and being told to watch for "immediate results," we found out that the property manager at TPW had never even reached out to the tenant. On a separate occasion, the stairs to our unit needed to be repaired. TPW required that we vacate our home for 3 days, then they filled in the cracked stairs with an epoxy that started chipping the week after they put it in. Apparently they fix the stairs in this way before every winter. Unprofessional and disorganized. Not good qualities for a management company.

Rooms are very old and need updating. The furniture was threadbare, and the bathroom door was chipped and peeling. When I asked for daily room cleaning, I was told "no" I was handed a stack of towels and linens--I guess to make my own bed! There is a Murphy bed, which leaves almost no room to get around the bed at night to use the facilities, as it almost butts up against the table. The bathroom tub is yellowing from age.There is only enough parking for 1/3 of the rooms next to the hotel, which means you need to park in a dirt lot and shuttle to the hotel--what a pain. I only stayed here because it was a wedding hotel, never again.I did not stay during ski season, so cannot speak of the skiing or the spa, but this is barely a one star hotel.
