They are compassionate and their services top notch. Planning the funeral of a loved one is the hardest thing you'll ever do, it's comforting to have someone walk you thru the necessary steps and alleviate alot of the stress that goes with that. I'm a bit upset. When I dropped off my beloved cat, I was greeted by a super friendly gentleman, he took her in so I didn't have to go inside (I was extremely distraught as I have never lost a pet before and I was stressing out about having her cremated as well.) I was told she would be back Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week and I would receive a call when she was ready. I waited and never heard back by Wednesday afternoon so I called, I was told I would get a call back. It never happened. I called a few times and was so stressed out about the whole situation that my friend began calling to find out when my cat would be back. They never returned her calls either. By Saturday I was really upset, my friend was finally able to get a hold of someone and was told that they had told me the day prior my cat was ready to he picked up. Now mind you I never called after Wednesday, my friend did and she never got any calls or any call backs. She called me and told me my cat was finally back and I drove right over. They are extremely friendly here but not good at returning calls which is extremely upsetting. That was the first part that upset me. The other was that my friend made sure to ask if possible could they get a paw print and she would pay the extra cost. No one called to tell her if they were able or not to do so, she as also told that the package she purchased would have a hair clipping. I did not get any clipping. Had I known that would have been the case I would have done it at home. I know they outsource for the cremations but I'm still a bit shaken by what I went through just to find out what was going on. The little urn they return your pet in is nice so there's that. For everything I went through I think I'll go to the APL next time it's a pet cremation. Like i said they are very nice in person good luck getting a phone call back tho.

I felt that the living as well as the deceased was treated with so much respect. The service was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The flowers around the coffin was arranged so beautiful. When it was time to leave to the cemetery, everything was done in an organized fashion. I'm so happy that one of the employees from the funeral home politely came to my car door to make sure I had my lights and flashers on. They made sure that we got through the traffic lights safely and to the cemetery. It wasn't close by but it was just enough time to prepare for the last good bye to my friend.

Though at first it may have felt a little intense, I was incredibly grateful for what my family called "the Vince experience."
