A lot of botiques in Peoria (there are only a few) are expensive ($60 and up for tops, for example) so this shop was very refreshing, not to mention their clothes were cute! We had a great time, thanks in part to A Perfect Pear, in Peoria Heights. We visited a nearby jeweler and then decided to walk around the neighborhood's many stores and restaurants. It's apparent that many/most of the Peoria Heights stores and restaurants are closed on Mondays, surely because they are open on Sundays. Normally A Perfect Pear is also closed, but they are available to be open by appointment, and a prior guest with an appointment departed just as we walked past. We knocked and the lady (apologies for being forgetful with your name... sorry) working let us in to look around.
