Long story short - we had a leak from our…read moreshower, clove rep came to fix it, then after mold remediation was already done we saw that it was still leaking, clove rep came back to fix it again, then I saw that where the leak was repaired again there were complete gaps between the shower wall and wall itself (as pictured) so water would have come spilling into the walls, then they came back to fix again. The part though that really bothers me is that, after all this, they also took my baseboard from the wall. No idea what they did with it. I called asking where it was and they never called me back. I'm now having to spend more money to get a custom baseboard created to match the rest of the room. I don't enjoy not supporting local businesses, but the fact that I'm now having to spend more money because of the baseboard being taken instead of this being compensated for is the reason I'm posting this. Not okay and won't use again.

They were able to simply adjust the line coming out of the wall and angled it down to allow both the stove to be lowered and pushed back all the way. When I reached out on a Sunday morning about a water leak having been reported for our house,…read moreMichael (the business owner) was very responsive and came at noon exactly as promised and started to investigate the issue. It seemed to be an issue with the main line and they spent the entire rest of the Sunday digging up the front yard area to look for the leak. On Monday, the next day, they came back with their entire team of 3-4 people who trenched the area until they located the leak. Once they identified the leak, they were able to quickly fix it and restore the landscaping to the original condition, even finding the right colour-matched mulch. The entire exercise did cost close to $6,000, and I don't know how that compares to other companies; however, it was a job well done and the problem was addressed in a timely manner.
