I have numerous complaints and I wish I had something good that came out of it, I always gave benefit of the doubt and they always took advantage! They provided me with a detailed list of exactly the parts necessary to repair my unit. When the parts came in, I rescheduled an appointment, and the same guys arrived to fix the tub. At that point, they informed me that there was now a problem with a leaking pump motor. Again, they provided me with a detailed invoice. I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to speak with the owner. A first class gentleman. Turns out that one of the repair men is the owner's son. Obviouly, the companies run by an excellent business man and also father; as his son was a top-notch repairmen. There's a company closer to me (4 miles) that I didn't hire, because they told me a few things that weren't true (a fucking liar) I am much better off with the Hot Tub Outlet. Needless to say, I give them, my business, and recommendation. Do not waste time calling another hot tub company, even though they maybe closer.

I chose Glenn because he answered every question that I had. He was a local vendor and available for any follow up service that I may need. He sent the electrician to my house for the electrical work. The next day Glenn delivered my hot tub and the electrician came back to do the final hook up. Two years ago I decided I wanted the cover turned so that it opens in another direction. I called Glenn and in a couple days he was there to fix it the way I wanted it. I've had a couple minor things happen and when I called Glenn he walked me thru the problem over the phone, no service call needed and no charge. April 2020 my hot tub has been cold for about a month. I think the heat pump went out. We are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and the store is not open but I called anyway and left a message. Glenn called me back within an hour. I just wanted to know how much a heat pump costs. He asked me what it said on the display and when I told him SL he said there's nothing wrong with my pump that I had put the hot tub in sleep mode (you can stop laughing now). So he told me how to get it out of sleep mode and it's working fine again. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I have received from him which is probably the most important part of the whole purchase. So if you are looking to buy a hot tub do yourself a favor and go see Glenn. You won't be disappointed.

I booked this company at the beginning of the year after discovering a tear in my pool liner. I…read morepaid a 10% deposit to reserve an April installation date. Unfortunately, communication was poor from the start. It often took days to receive a response, and my installation date was pushed back multiple times. When he finally arrived, it was late in the afternoon with no prior communication. At that point, he said additional work needed to be done to the pool that had never been discussed beforehand. My husband told him that if the job was more than he wanted to take on, we would hire another company. Instead, he said he could make it work. He removed the old liner and left it in the middle of my yard. He then installed the new liner without properly leveling the pool bottom or removing rocks and debris. Before leaving, he placed a vacuum in the pool and told me it needed to stay for a few hours. He said he would return the next day to remove the vacuum, cut in the liner, and finish the installation. I pointed out several large wrinkles in the liner, and he assured me they would be corrected when he came back. He never returned. I reached out multiple times with no response. I had already paid the 10% deposit plus $800 in cash. When I finally did hear from him, there was always another reason he couldn't come back: his truck had broken down, he didn't have help, or the weather wasn't cooperating. Eventually, my husband had to finish the installation himself so our kids could use the pool for the summer. The liner still has numerous wrinkles, and we found sharp spots on the pool bottom that we had to correct ourselves to avoid damaging the new liner. I contacted him one last time asking him to either return and fix the installation or provide a refund. I never received a response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Poor communication, an incomplete installation, and a complete lack of follow-through left us finishing the job ourselves after paying for professional installation.

I was having an existing pool relocated. After coming out to measure, he told me, "$32,000. 00 was his final quote". I immediately declined the job and asked him to refund my deposit! He refused! Stating that all deposits were non-refundable. Today is March 20, 2026. I am filing a claim in Small Claims Court. I learned a valuable lesson. Do not do business with this man or company!
