We had another company come out to fix a leak. They "fixed" it and within a day it was still leaking. They didn't seem to want to come back. So we called Glenn's and they came out within a week. My wife and I had chosen a couple of local hot tub merchants to visit in order to begin the preliminary research on buying a hot tub. Our first stop was a competitor in Livonia but we left there not pleased with their level of helpfulness or customer service. In fact, it left such a bad taste in our mouths that we almost didn't stop at Glenn's. However, we were going to drive right past Glenn's on the way home so we figured we might as well stop in. Looking back, I'm glad that we decided to stop into Glenn's. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store by Scotty. I explained to Scotty that we were simply in the preliminary phase of our research and that we weren't looking to purchase a unit at that time. Nonetheless, Scotty understood and was more than willing to answer all of our questions and help us any way he could. At no time did Scotty try to put on a 'hard sell' nor did he try to hasten us out the door simply because we were browsing. Rather, he patiently spent approximately 20 minutes with us as we walked through the store looking at tubs and asking questions. As a result, as my wife and I huddled up to discuss what we had learned, we knew that we didn't need to research or look any further. It was the level of service & expertise that we had received from Scotty, which was lacking at their competitor, that was the deciding factor in us purchasing a tub from Glenn's. However, the customer-centric approach didn't stop at the point where we decided to purchase a tub. To our surprise, Scotty generously offered to throw in the hot tub cover, the hot tub cover lifter, the stairs, and the Spa Frog @ease Floating Sanitation System at no additional cost to us! As we completed the sale, Scotty told us that the unit wouldn't simply be delivered by a local delivery company. Instead, the unit would be delivered by the owner himself, Glenn. On our scheduled delivery day it was in fact the owner, Glenn, that delivered the unit and placed it where we had chosen. Glenn took the time to help my wife get familiar with the tub, the proper way to fill it, and the Spa Frog system. Also, Glenn made another visit to our house a couple of days after delivery to install a free mesh skimmer bag. Once the electrician was able to make a service call and hard-wire the unit we were on our way to enjoying our new tub. However, we had trouble getting the jets to work in one of the locations in the tub. My wife called Glenn and, as he had promised, he quickly came out to remedy the issue. We are now enjoying our new tub and am satisfied with the level of service that we received from Glenn's. My wife and I certainly recommend Glenn's to anyone that is in the market for a hot tub or hut tub supplies. read more

Four years ago I decided to buy a hot tub. I did my research on the internet and then went to the Suburban Showplace for the Tub and Spa show. I talked to probably every vendor there. I chose Glenn because he answered every question that I had. He was a local vendor and available for any follow up service that I may need. He sent the electrician to my house for the electrical work. The next day Glenn delivered my hot tub and the electrician came back to do the final hook up. Two years ago I decided I wanted the cover turned so that it opens in another direction. I called Glenn and in a couple days he was there to fix it the way I wanted it. I've had a couple minor things happen and when I called Glenn he walked me thru the problem over the phone, no service call needed and no charge. April 2020 my hot tub has been cold for about a month. I think the heat pump went out. We are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and the store is not open but I called anyway and left a message. Glenn called me back within an hour. I just wanted to know how much a heat pump costs. He asked me what it said on the display and when I told him SL he said there's nothing wrong with my pump that I had put the hot tub in sleep mode (you can stop laughing now). So he told me how to get it out of sleep mode and it's working fine again. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I have received from him which is probably the most important part of the whole purchase. So if you are looking to buy a hot tub do yourself a favor and go see Glenn. You won't be disappointed. read more

After doing research and making inquiries Glenn's Fireplace, Spa & Billiards was found to be the regional distributor for these tubs. I custom ordered a spa with Glenn personally over the phone and it was just delivered and installed yesterday. I'm more than 100% satisfied with Glenn's attentiveness to my calls and his customer service is second to none. Now on to the American Whirlpool spa. Pleasant, proficient, and professional! I ordered a pool table online and Glenn's was contracted to do the installation. Glenn answered my questions and was able to come out to do the initial install a week and a half earlier than I had thought was going to be possible. When they got onsite, they did most of the work but found out that the table had been improperly shipped (one of the pieces was incorrect). Glenn showed me what happened, did all the legwork to rectify the problem, and a few days later was back to finish the job. That he went out of his way to help solve a problem from the manufacturer (the table was just sent wrong) before I could even try to take care of it struck me as what excellent service is. I love the table and Glenn and his people did an excellent job putting it together, leveling it, and making sure I was happy. I do not post many positive reviews in general but my experience here was worth sharing to get the good word out about these guys. read more

I had them come out this week to check on a noise the pump was making. Anthony the technician was right on time and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly.
