Before I left I had to go to the bathroom, which is in the back of the store on the right side. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. It got the job done but I didn't feel super sanitary while I was in there. The rest of the store was about the same level of cleanliness - it could use a good sweeping and mopping. The people working there are nice and friendly. The cashier I had was brand new, it was her first day so she made a couple mistakes but she was super sweet and apologetic. The store is part of a shopping center so there's a huge parking lot with plenty of open spots to choose from. There's a light to get in and out so it's super easy to access too. Overall this PetSmart is just fine. It'll do in a pinch (depending on what you need) but next time I would rather go to a small business instead.
