I stopped by here on Saturday for a facial. I don't live in the area, but I won a complimentary facial that I wanted to use. My appointment was with Tammy, and she was very good. I've never had a facial before but it was very relaxing, they give you a hand and arm massage as well. The room where the facial took place is rather small, it's more like a closet, but was sufficient. I'd like to come back to Pretty Lady to get my eyebrows done, they have very reasonable rates. A friend of mine goes there all the time too as she lives down the street from them, and she said that in general they are very good. read more

Been going here since they were under different owners and a different name, I've never had a bad experience here! The ladies here have helped me through my numerous color changes and drastic style changes! Laura is absolutely amazing and always knows how to make me leave with hair I love, even if I don't know what I want walking in! Or if something I want isn't realistic, she lets me know and tells me what will work for me. She also always shows me how to style my new hair so I can always have gorgeous hair at home! Best salon. Amazing hair and nail techs they are truly artist's. The seem like such a nice group of women who act like family and make you feel the same. I was shocked at the amount of other services they provided such as waxing, spray tan, make-up and much more. The aveda products are my favorite. Something new: If you walk in to buy hair product, and use a card to pay, you will be charged a service fee. It may be posted somewhere, but I did not notice, and there was no fee last year. read more

I chose this place for mani-pedis after reading great reviews. Pretty Lady Salon did not disappoint! From my experience, mani-pedis at a salon can often be a quick, in-and-out experience, where they just want to get you over with so that they can move on to the next person. Because of this, I often feel rushed and don't always leave too happy. Pretty Lady, on the other hand, took the time to give me the best experience I've ever had. Jackie worked with my mom and me to help us find the perfect look for each of us. I felt cared for, as she heard my thoughts and gave me different options of what would match with my ideas. I ended up getting a nude, glitter-ombre manicure, different from my originial plan, but so much better--fit my style perfectly! Laura does my hair and she is great! I've been going for about three years and although it can be tough to get a weekend appointment, she is pretty much always perfectly on time which I really appreciate. The prices are great too, although there is an up charge for credit cards so I try to always bring cash. read more

Alice is rude and does not know how to run a business. I went in to get my shellac taken off and a manicure. I didn't want any polish after the manicure. When the lady was done with my nails, I still had shellac on them, she barely clipped my cuticles. You could clearly see skin that should have been removed from my cuticles. I wasn't happy with the outcome but didn't say anything. She charged me $28 for this horrible job. I could have gotten shellac redone for this price. However I did pay but was so disappointed about the service I came back and expressed my disappointment to the lady who did my nails. She went to the boss (Alice ) who told her to put some kind of polish on my nails . I showed her how they looked and felt and requested to be partially refunded . She refused and said her solution was to put some kind of polish on my nails. I ended up just leaving extremely irritated and not sasified for the service I was given.
