They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

Stumbled upon Boerum Hill Dry Cleaners and felt like it was the one thanks to its high rating and proximity. Went last Thursday and the woman there was SO NICE which is so important to me. I was sad to leave my old tailor as we had built a good rapport over 10 years, but she really helped me feel comfortable as I tried on the dresses and she pinned them. I dropped off three dresses for simple shortened hemlines and one zipper fix. She told me to come back next Thursday (yesterday) and charged me $70. perfect. In the city I was paying 60$ for ONE HEMLINE so this was a dream. I pick up my dresses and must say they are absolutely perfect. The hems are impeccable and the man there was so nice! Cant recommend this place enough to people who live in the area or neighboring areas. They are definitely going to be my go-tos!
