We were told the office staff called the designated office twice in one day but FAILED to follow up in subsequent days. Additionally, we were never notified that they failed to obtain the proper medical clearance for treatment. We found out AFTER we called the day before the procedure to ask a question. The failure of the office staff to perform their duties resulted in cancellation of my husband's procedure. My husband is experiencing dental pain and the failure of the office staff to fulfill their duties and obligations have resulted in extended pain and discomfort for my husband. We have since obtained an appointment with an alternative dental facility; however the lack of medical professionalism from Riverwalk Dental has resulted in unnecessary delay in my husbands treatment.

I got my braces put on right before Covid hit and once everything shut down I started to freak out a little. But Dr. Hulme and his staff did an OUTSTANDING job with constant communication during the lockdown as well as top notch safety precautions once they were allowed to open back up. Not only did I feel safe going back in but them rescheduling everyone went seamlessly so that I was still able to stay on track with my treatment plan and estimated time to finish. And after several messages they will not call back with results despite leaving several messages. For whatever reason, and I don't know if it's just me or my family specifically, they don't actually care about our health. It seems we are just walking dollar signs. Their front desk staff is nice but they don't want to do their jobs either. They refused to verify our insurance and I had to do all the leg work on that end as well.
