Located in a strip mall off Potranco, parking was super easy.. especially for a 7am appointment lol Office was clean and modern...practice has been around for 5 years. The entire staff was fabulous! Tori was my hygienist and she was awesome. Kind, patient, caring, empathetic... she truly cared and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and always inquired if I had any questions or to let her know if I was uncomfortable. Bite x-rays were taken with a handheld x- ray gun and cleaning started with a sonic water machine, prior to manual cleaning with instruments. Love how technology has really stepped up these past few years. Met Dr. Brandon for my teeth exam. Very nice and professional. All these years of never having any dental issues or cavities... I succumbed to my first issue. After careful examination, a crack in one of my molars was diagnosed. A two appointment process was scheduled for application of a temporary crown , then three weeks after the final permanent crown. Crowns made are outsourced. Received my estimate at the front desk and all future appointments were made. Not looking forward to a crown, but I feel confident this experience is going to be ok. And received a little baggy containing a free toothbrush, and sample toothpaste with floss. Yay!!! My last dentist didn't offer that at all. Story to be continued......

The office is rather new, just a couple of years old, and always tidy. Their waiting room is somewhat small, but there's a TV, a Keurig, and bottled water. Oh, and a fish tank. Their dental suites appear state-of-the-art, but what do I know. X-rays are taken in the rooms, and displayed on their widescreen monitors. The doctors do an excellent job of explaining any issues you may have, and how they can be treated. There are no pressure-tactic sales, either. I've been a patient here for over 2 years and it's always a pleasure. Well, not a "pleasure" per se, I mean it is a dental clinic -- but it's a pleasure in as much as a dental visit can be a pleasure. Plan your appointments in advance because they're a busy office and it can potentially take some time to get an appointment.

That's what I planned around. And your system still sent me automated reminders for it--yet not one real human thought to double-check and let me know my appointment no longer existed? I lost an hour and a half of my evening -- 45 minutes home from work, 45 minutes driving to your locked doors, and 45 more minutes driving home again. That's time I could've spent with my family. Instead, I was standing outside your office like a goof, calling a number no one would answer, wondering how a medical business can operate this carelessly. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. My wife also visited this office and was told she needed a deep cleaning as well. They basically scared her to getting this treatment and kept her their for 3 hours. We only switched dentists because our previous doctor left the practice, and in all the years we were there, deep cleanings and sealants were never brought up as necessary treatments. While I understand that treatment recommendations can vary between providers, the timing and consistency of these recommendations felt questionable. What made the experience worse was the billing process. Charges and insurance explanations were confusing, and it was difficult to get clear answers about what was covered and what we were being asked to pay. Additionally, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional when speaking with both me and my insurance representative. Unfortunately, these experiences left me feeling uncomfortable and lacking confidence in the office's recommendations and billing practices. I hope they can improve their communication, transparency, and customer service going forward.

When the dentist was doing the crown, she accidentally cut the nerve which led to me needing a root canal and the dentist herself was rude and short with me because the crown was on a difficult tooth (back top molar). After the root canal I came back to get the crown put on but they decided to do another scan of the tooth instead, not sure why, they had already done that twice. I got the idea that they didn't have time for that appointment so they changed it to wanting a scan, that is just a guess, however. Every time i came in I was using vacation time so that got me irritated. I finally got the crown and found out that the deep cleaning I got is required 4x's a year and insurance doesn't cover all. They could have told me that initially! I decided I would get it done twice only because insurance will pay for that, and then probably find a new place since they keep being dishonest and making things more difficult. Came in for the scheduled cleaning to be told the hygienist is not there and I have to come back. Came back for the reschedule, with the confirmation text in my hand I was told I am not on their schedule and regardless of the confirmation they can't see me. Each time in gave me more reason to never come back and highly recommend that others don't go there either. Their customer service and business sense is quite lacking.
