First off you are not guaranteed a spot for pick up downtown!!! In town for the Men's SEC Tourney. Staying at 2 Rivers Campground. Wife is in a foot boot so we decided to use this shuttle service because it drops you off the closest. Friday night got iffy at 11:30 because they don't have a clue on how many they are picking up. Poorly run as we found out. We did there 12:30am reservation on their website. We were able to try the 11:30pm pickup. Called and checked in at the pickup and was told we were good to go for 11:30. The owner had to get a third bus out on the spot to get us and everyone else back to Music Valley Dr. Then on Saturday at the arena I looked at there website at 4:45 and 5:30 didn't show up so I called and the guy said come on out we can take 2 people. With the wife in the boot we couldn't get to the bus in time (raining-standing under front of building) before in ended up filling up. 8 people total stranded. Called and they said it was the only bus running and we'd have to take the 6:30. Again as I said earlier very poorly run. Stick with Music City Shuttle!!!! read more

My wife and I have used the Downtown Shuttle many times when staying at the KOA Nashville to downtown. And from the dispatchers to the drivers are wonderful. Especially Terry Kirby, she is such a sweet person when she answers and she went above and beyond for me. I'd left an item on one of the shuttles on a late Saturday evening and didn't realize it till the next day. I called and she answered, I told her what had happened and she said she'd check with the drivers and call me back. She called back and said it wasn't found and that she was sorry, I thanked her. Later that day on my way back to Indiana she called and said she had good news, they had found it! She even sent it back to me. She is the kind of employee every company needs, I own my own business and I'd be lucky to have her. Especially in this day in age when good people are hard to find. Worst experience ever, twice, late for pickup to and from! Will find different transportation next time in Nashville!

We used your service several times. Some were good some very bad. The last two shuttles our driver was Fred. He wouldn't let anyone on at the last stop before he checked reservations. Several people, including us, said the app was not working and it was not. We finally got on and Fred jacked the music up so loud you couldn't talk to your neighbor. He was constantly fiddling with his iPad to find certain music while driving at a high rate of speed. Incredibly unprofessional and unwanted. This was not supposed to be a party bus. read more

We stayed at the KOA just outside of Nashville. We took the shuttle to downtown twice. We were told to call in to request a pick up. We did and gave our name and how many people. You would think when they came to pick up at the KOA, they would call out names. Nope. The second time we left the KOA there were too many people. One stood near the back. A few sat on the shuttle steps. The second time we took the shuttle we waited to get picked up to go back to the KOA. There were SO many people waiting and no line, so everyone just rushes to the shuttle to get on. There were 4 too many people and again people sat on the steps and two stood. Not safe. But, who wants to stand around and wait for the next shuttle, in the sun, with no line. It's a really good idea but needs improvement!! read more

White shuttle seats were soiled and rough ride, blue shuttle clean and smooth, worth the money for round trip. Note; ask where exactly pick up point is, another shuttle (yellow) in area had a "shuttle pick-up here" sign, which wasn't the Downtown Shuttle pick-up point. read more

Good idea, great price, but can use some improvement. Maybe just charge $5 each way for those that will not be taking the shuttle round-trip. Or if you do pay $10 for a round trip maybe it does not all have to be on the same day. I know I was there during the week and off-peak season, but if you add a few more shuttles and just make constant loops, then we don't have to worry about reserving shuttle times or waiting very long for another shuttle. Or if you can have it all web site controlled, and able to see where the shuttles are or able to reserve like an uber. read more

On our Hotels recomendation we used this service. BAD IDEA! We were told by there driver if we were at the appointed stop that we would be picked up and returned to our hotel. We were there but there were more people than spots on the bus and therfore we had to wait another hour.To top it off there dispatch was Very Rude and basicly told us that Tuff wait or call an Uber! Next time we will use there competitor!!! Take my advise spend you money with someone else!! read more

Horrible, 100 degrees outside 30 minutes late....nowhere to sit out of the sun. I called to ask when they would be here...they said let me call the driver..then told me 5 to 10 minutes. He never called driver..driver pulled around corner before I even hung up....so they are late, unapologetic and liars. Find another way to tiwn. read more

Unfortunate I can't give a zero star review. The shuttle was late picking us up for our evening. We were told to be here at 9:20 for the 9:30 shuttle. When we arrived, we weren't one of the first 25. Therefore, we were told we had to wait an additional hour before our ride back. We planned our dinner reservations and evening on the 9:30 shuttle. Did I mention this was a slow Wednesday night? They were over 40 minutes late picking us up and then left us stranded for over an hour downtown. Ended up taking an Uber back. Full of excuses. Avoid this company. Uber is only slightly more expensive for a party of 4 or more and the extra 20 you will spend for a party of 2 is well worth the convenience. Amateur hour! read more

Was a great concept and the ride from our hotel to downtown was great. Was told that they pick up in front of the Country Music Hall of Fame on every half hour (5:30, 6:30,7:30 etc). Was there at 5:15 and at 5:45 still no show so I called and was told that they had been there and picked up 21 people. I said that wasn't possible as I had been waiting since 5:15. They said I don't know what to tell you and hung up. My husband called back and nicely asked the same question and was told that there had been 2 buses there! My husband said that was a lie as we had been waiting since 5:15 and there had been no buses and the gentleman hung up. Found out that the next bus rolled up at 6:10 loaded and took off no where near the time we were told to be there. Horrible service. I had a paid tix I did not use. I gave it to the driver. The driver rejected the tix said it was not good for today We were only going back to our Hotel one way We then offered to pay the $10 for 2 one way tix No he wanted $20 We did not have that much cash So he insisted we speak to a horrible woman claiming she was only dispatch She demanded our credit card for the fee or we could not ride I wanted to speak to a supervisor but she would not allow it or give us a contact name. She was beyond rude and nasty!!!!!! So we paid the fare and got our ride and called her back and yes she hung up on me and now said she was management but again refused to give any info. It's not about the money its about respect Reliable information courtesy and customer service!!!!! This company does not even deserve one star!!!!!! read more

I would use this service again if I was hitting Broadway on a Friday or Saturday night simply due to the price. $10 round trip per person versus UBer Surge pricing is worth it, but barely based upon the service. I used it recently for a Friday and Saturday night and each time had two drivers that spoke about having to be on time to meet them and how punctual they were with their schedules. However, each night they showed up at least 20 minutes past pick up times at the drop off locations. On our pickup today, Sylvia was backing out of our hotel parking lot at 5:58 for a 06:00 pickup despite the fact my wife and I were literally walking out to her bus. They are going to save you some money, but the service in my opinion is only worth dealing with when the other option is a $60 Uber due to surge pricing. Sunday through Thursday just get the Uber if you are planning to stay out past 9:30 anyways because was the latest pick up during the week. read more

The ride downtown was scary because the lady was always on her phone, but the ride home was the worst 1st off they said they were there at 9:30 when they were not we waited till 10:30 for a ride home then the lady on the bus same one was very rude to everybody it was a unsafe ride she had people sitting on the steps by the door to get on the bus. You take the shuttle downtown so when you drink you have a safe ride back to your hotel. The ride downtown to Nashville was great. We get ready to head back to the hotel get on the shuttle and we're told we could not ride because we were drunk. What is that not what that is for???? Either way trip over pants getting caught on shoe. That's why they thought we were drunk... they let us ride the lady can not drive she goes down the wrong side of the road, can't stay in her lane. Our driver, Arthur, picked us up at Two Rivers RV Park and immediately won our hearts! We had 16 people on the bus, and as he drove safely to take us downtown, he chatted and joked with all of us. He told us about local sites that we should try and visit on our stay in Nashville. On the shuttle back, he even took a little extra time to show us the bar where Randy Travis was discovered. He was truly entertaining and delightful! This was a great deal, $10 for a round trip ticket. Picked us up at our Campground (Two Rivers RV Park...a great place ro stay, by the way!), and brought us back when we were done. I felt it important to share our experience with this service due to the low ratings they were given years ago. Taking this shuttle saved us a tremendous amount of time! Bill W. was an excellent driver. He knew the easy ins and outs of Nashville! He was on time with scheduled pickup and was a pleasure to talk with. I believe some the lower star reviews here were people confused about what "bottom of the hour" meant so confirm your pickup time before exiting the shuttle would be my advice. I recommend the use of this shuttle to save the grief of finding and paying a lot for parking. Bring cash, no other payment accepted and don't forget to tip the driver.
