For $45.00, about 1/2 drive. Then we found out my husband left his phone. We called the phone Anwar answered said he had a fair to call back. We did long story short he said he was 10 mins away from where he dropped us off we can meet but it would cost us $40.00. Now do the math he took advantage of the situation. $45.00 for 1/2 then $40.00 for 10min. I had no problem paying for his time but I don't like being taken advantage.

We've tried them all in Nashville, but we've finally found the most reliable, punctual, friendly taxi service. The A-1 driver was early, patiently waiting for our family to gather our belongings, alerting us to his presence and giving us all the time we needed. He efficiently navigated morning rush hour and dropped us off at the airport in plenty of time. The van was noticeably in much better condition than other transportation services. Yes, most airport transportation is the same with very little variation, but there is something special about A-1 that has made us customers for life.

I was so relieved to see a cab company that prides themselves on training, customer service and clean cabs. Not only clean physically, but clean for the environment. All of their cabs are hybrids. Score! I made my first appointment online via their website. It was seamless. They called to confirm and had everything set. I had to reschedule and did that over the phone which was a breeze as well. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. My driver was unbelievably sweet. She came to my door, helped me with my crutches, getting my purse together, getting in the car etc. I've never experienced such a friendly, sweet demeanor from a cab driver. She was swift, knew all the shortcuts and kept me laughing the whole way. Keep Green Cab's number in your phone and give them a try! I won't call anyone else whether I need a ride to a Drs apt, or a ride to get my drunk butt home. Remember, a cab is always cheaper than a DUI.

I caught the 11:30pm shuttle from Nashville back to 2Rivers RV park tonight. Kim was driving, very friendly and talking with passengers. We were sitting at a red light and a car turned left and was coming straight at us. Kim laid on the horn, the car went around us on the wrong side, passed us and about the same time a second car was pulling up beside us. The car going the wrong way narrowly missed hitting that car head on as well. I want to commend Kim, even though we were stopped at a red light, instead of relaxing, she was still paying attention to traffic around us. If she hadn't seen the car turning into us and laid on the horn, what was very likely a drunk driver (assuming this because of the late hour and location just off Broadway where all the bars are) would have hit us head on. In South Carolina, where I live, rideshare drivers are required to have a light on the front of the car with the name of the service, as well as the license plate number. I believe that is a state law in SC, but I wish all rideshares required it. It pays to check because a lot of cars look alike, and you must put safety first. In addition- if you're partying downtown, please call a LYFT. Don't drink and drive- LYFT is inexpensive and 100% worth it.
