The woman who took my order didn't write everything down, so the store called me Tuesday. No big deal. I was actually glad they double‑checked. But that's when I found out the online menu doesn't match what they actually sell. I wanted two dozen rolls, half cinnamon and half caramel. Turns out caramel rolls with nuts are still listed online but aren't even available anymore. Whatever. I adjusted. When I showed up Wednesday at 7am, the woman at the counter clearly knew I was the one picking up the big order. They weren't busy, but she started running around like she had no idea what was going on. She told me the rolls had *just* come out of the oven and she needed to figure out how to package them. It was already past my pick‑up time. She apologized, but I was frustrated. I asked how long it would be, and she said five minutes. I didn't walk out until after 7:15.
