No one wipes you dry after anymore. Still had a lot of poop stains not taken out cause the guy didn't scrub good in the beginning plus the wash barely helped. Machine Only cleaned like 70% off the car and STILL had remaining dirt on the bottom and the poop stains as mentioned. $20 for your car to be incomplete. WASH IT YOURSELF if you can!!! read more

Just a warning for those who purchase a wash at the pump: the expiration date on your ticket is actually the day before. I purchased a wash with gas on 12.21.20 and the expiration said today 01.04.21 The worker said "I think this is expired. I tried it 4 times and it's not working. I don't know what to tell you. I can call my boss ... but I'm sure he'll tell you the same thing." At this point, I'm at the entry of the machine. I have no choice but to pay for another wash because I can't back out or go through. I wish they would have scrubbed off the bird shit on the hood and whatever sticky black stuff is on my fender for $38, but we live and learn. This WAS our go to car wash place but I think after today, I'll probably stop being lazy and wash my own car. Paid $19 (with a whopping $1 off bc I filled gas there). We went thru the car wash and 2/3 sprays were down. I think it was the wax. We basically got just soap, water spray and hot air. Paid for the bubbalicious (a word that my husband should never say lol) but it was just basic. After the wash, we went to get our car wiped down and get our tires sprayed but they were literally done in a minute. Where are the other workers (the OGs)? They do an awesome job. Not only was the machine ripping us off with the lack of sprays but the workers were young and did a half a$$ job. Rims not even clean and when they were using the fn brush to wash the dirt down, they were hitting the car so hard. Irraz. This is my go-to car wash if I'm lazy (I come here once a month haha). It's not as fast as the one in Waipio, and sometimes the line gets pretty long BUT it's gets the bird poop off my truck unlike the fast one in Waipio. They take time to scrub your vehicle down before it goes into the automatic washer and the fact that an actual person dry's your car by hand and also applies tire shine (The Works package) is awesome! My only gripe is, not all the chemical nozzles work, so I'm not sure if you're getting everything that's claimed in these packages. I used to come here from small kid time (back when it was gas express) and remember thinking all the different sprayers and colored foams were cool. Now it looks like one or two work and the others are abandoned. Not fancy like it used to be. Regardless, it's still a good wash for the money. Biological Devastation Decontamination I had bird poop on my car and needed to wash it. Normally its a non issue and I manually wash it myself, but this was one of those days that I just needed to get it done quickly. I rarely do these car wash services (Second or Third Time in the last 7 years) This was not one of those just spray it hard and it'll come off kinda things, it was of those where it was caked and embedded onto the surface and a hose down would still leave flaky particles behind all over the place. Speaking of which I'm not sure almost how the entire car was covered with it in an almost straight parallel line, which leads me confused and disturbingly intrigued at the same time so I have a few theories: 1) It was a precision solo "fly by" 2) Multiple birds that synchronized droplets from sitting in a row 3) One bird with a very bad case of Niagra Falls Anyways, forget that this would be a quick wash thru. I had ordered some pizza from CPK nearby (remember the pizza series?) And planned to pick it up after the car wash was done. After waiting in the car line for about 10 minutes and moving just one car spot, I called an "audible" and told my nephew to go pick up the pizza on foot. My nephew returned about 10 minutes later and to my surprise I was still in the same spot when he left lol. When it was finally our turn I pulled up to the area where the car gets on the slide and starts moving. I have my car wash ticket and tip money in hand and the attendant motions for me to roll my window down. The attendant scolds me that Im not suppose to move up that close and I was suppose to wait behind the line with the stop. Before I could apologize and tell them sorry and I didnt see the sign and it was my first time here, they repeat it again and scold me as if I didnt understand it the first time lol. I gave them my ticket but retracted the tip money I had in my hand that I intended to happily give...The car wash itself felt very inefficient and Im not sure every area was cleaned and covered really good. Did not really feel the powerful torque of the spinners Ive had in the past, and it felt like the car was only being pelted gently by wilty spaghetti noodles. The total time spent waiting and getting done was over 45 minutes and there was only 3 other cars in front when I came in. Though service experiences and biological devastation contamination spread will vary vehicle to vehicle, would I come here again? No Thank You, I will take care of my own "crap" next time. read more

I have been to this carwash many times. Since the Super Carwash came up in Waipio, I decided to try them. I am now back to my neighborhood carwash here. Although the prices went up, I will always come to this carwash because they manually pre-wash the car. My car is parked on the street under power lines that birds frequently perch. Therefore, my car is a constant poo target and needs to be washed weekly. The pre-wash that is done to loosen what may be dried on really helps aa I go through the car wash. The staff is always friendly and they all do a good job. They are not intimidated by long lines. They take the time necessary on each customer. The final step in the process is a hand towel dry. It is always a pleasant experience for me because I turn up the air conditioner, turn on a movie on my ipad, and enjoy the down time while I wait my turn or go through the wash. There are only a few places one can get their car washed here in Mililani. Seeing that I had a filthy car and only a limited amount of time, I drove on in for a quick wash. The line here is usually long so prepare yourself for a bit of a wait. The wash itself is adequate, nothing special but it gets the job done. The staff there is nice and try their best to move the cars through the car wash quickly. For a decent wash with a wait, I'd suggest stopping by here. Maybe if you're lucky, you'll get there before the line gets long. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was my first time here and I've never been or gone through the process of this kind of car wash before. I usually go to the one across McDonalds at Mililani Shopping Center where you just pay and drive through slowly until the sensor tells you to stop etc. So basically paid at the gas pump and waited in line and it wasn't a bad wait. It ends up being my turn and the girl working turns her finger but doesn't verbally communicate what she needs me to do. She then has an attitude, starts shaking her head at me with body language all aggressive and then comes verbal confrontation with me at the window and says "Do you not understand I'm trying to tell you which way to turn your wheel with my finger?" Obviously not if you're not going to have the decency to come up to me at my window and actually maybe explain after how long I tried to do what she was saying. This was the worst experience I've had not only at a car wash but in general with being serviced if you can even call this a service. I was just really put off and so shaken up I cried on my way home and pulled over to just breathe and call their customer service line because no one deserves to be treated like trash. I spoke with Eric over the phone and he comped me for a different location and stated the employee would be reprimanded. I appreciate that but I will never go to any of these locations after my experience. Please hire better employees. read more

So I did the $16 wash which is cheaper than autoplex but all you get is an exterior wash, tire shine, and thats that. I had to vacuum and wipe down the inside if my car myself. The machines they had outside did not have water or soap, one of them didn't have a pipe. The vacuum was weak and the armor all wipes were not dispensing. I probably might come back but I wouldn't waste my money on the $16 wash. Ill just buy that tire thing my damn self. read more

This car wash is definitely my go to place to get my car clean. The line gets long but moves at a great pace. The staff are fast and friendly. I love how they prewash scrub and rinse my car before it enters the wash and also they have a staff to wipe down and dry my car, that's definitely a plus. :D I also put gas before the wash so I got a dollar off for my wash. I would go with "the works" and its pretty much give or take on the service. Sometimes its really great and fast and other times I would leave and come back another day because its extremely slow. But hey for $16 I'd say its a good deal for a wash. If you have rims though you have to hope and pray you get someone who actually cares. Couple times that I came they don't guide me well enough and I worry that my rims got scratched. But hey you get for what you pay for right?? All in all its pretty good. On or around Saturday August 12 I visited the Liquid Aloha Car wash in Pearl city located on Kamehameha highway across Cutter Dodge to get my truck cleaned. The Cashier that day was Cinnamon and the service person was Yuri. As I spoke to Cinnamon about the options, I glanced over at Yuri as she was removing the antenna from the right front fender of my truck. After selecting "the works" I proceeded on. Towards the end of the wash I noticed the machinery had gotten tangled with the antenna that I thought was removed. Subsequently, my vehicle sustained damage to the antenna shaft, base and the fender itself. Repair would encompass replacing the antire antenna assembly as well as some bodywork to the body of the truck. Upon exit, I spoke to both Yuri and Cinnamon about the situation as I thought the antenna was removed. Yuri responded with, "if I can't take it off by hand, I leave it." To which I responded, " why wouldn't you let me know if that was the case so that I have an option to back out?" Cinnamon made two comments which contradicts each other when asked why I wasn't made aware of the issue. 1. "She (Yuri) didn't tell me that she didn't remove the antenna." Then later: 2. "If it's a regular customer, I just let them go and I know you're a regular here." Which I'm not. 1. The truck wasn't mine. I was borrowing it. I've since purchased it and not it is mine. 2. I frequent the Mililani location as that is where I live. I made a report that day and called and asked for Eric who was out of town and was told that he would call me the next day. He didn't. I waited 2 weeks and called again and left a msg on the machine. Six weeks later I made my final call on Sunday Sept 24 (today). I will be filing a complaint with the BBB on Monday (tomorrow) if this is not handled promptly. read more

I paid $9 for an Ultimate Wash and with the pre-wash (by hand), the machine wash, and the drying (by hand), it sure takes a tole on the body. When I fill-up with gas (or not), this is THE PLACE to go when you desire a spotless vehicle. Oh, please remember to leave a $1 tip at the drying man's station. They all share the tips and for what would have taken me hours only took a few dollars and about 10 minutes. A gem of a deal. read more

ok... so I originally I was going to give it a 1 star however I had to remember I can't judge it against a 100% hand car wash place. It's not fair and it would be ridiculous. Of all the drive through car wash, this one actually has attendants there to assist! The lady took my coupon and let me proceed. The lady and a guy hosed my car down and scrubbed it with a broom... first concern was... is that broom car friendly? uh, I'm already invested.... off I go. I have to admit when I was a kid, I'd love these things. I love watching the rollers roll up and down and I always had the sunroof shade to I can watch. They pre wash your car before it enters the typical car wash set up, then when you exit they hand dry your car and do your tires if you purchased that package. Speaking of, if you get the works ($16) they have a stamp card and if you come on your birthday with a picture ID, it's free. Today (6 Dec, about 4:30 PM) I went to the Mililani location. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I pulled up to where you are greeted only to hear gangster rap blasting loud...very loud. I believe in freedom of music choice, but my six year old was in the car and the lyrics contained MANY F words and N words and other racial slurs. Totally unprofessional. My car went through the cleaner and I was happy that my car was clean. I went to wait for my car to be dried... more disrespectful music. I waited about two or three minutes until the "dryer" was done talking to his friends. The wipedown was a little quick so I figured most of the dirt had come off. When I got home I discovered that the rims were half wiped and there were some large spots still full of dirt. There was no armoralI on the tires either. Itook care of it myself by wiping it down, which took about two or three minutes. I got the most expensive wash, which was $16.00 plus gave a $4.00 tip. What a waste of my money. Every time I go to this shopping center I always pass and see a somewhat long line. I usually take my car to Tony Autoplex in Waipio when in the area but the line is always long and they're pricey compared to car washes that do same thing in the mainland for $10 (deluxe) vs $20+ here in Hawaii but hey its Hawaii be ready to spend more $$$. This location (Mililani) isn't as appealing but what made me give into trying this place is seeing a brand new Ford SUV with paper plates in line along with a BMW and Mercedes. If those car owners trust this car wash with their high valued vehicles I'm sure that its a good place. My favorite thing about this place is they pre-scrub your car and they wipe down your car at the end. Expect to wait since they do offer this service and appreciate it as not all car washes offer this service. read more

It took forever to get the car washed. This place always has long lines, I would make it my last resort. Lacks organization, they spend so much time prepping the car for a wash while the wash rack is empty. I understand that you might prep a car WHILE the car on the front is getting washed, but it is such a waste of customer's time to do it while the wash rack is empty. To his credit, the pre-wash employee was working diligently. He's the sole reason for a second star in this rating. The girl on after-wash wipe-down? Not so much. My car is still plenty dirty after this top-tier wash. There are no vacuums. This is only an exterior (sorta) wash. Next time I'll go back to the place on Ka Uka Blvd behind Costco. I went yesterday with my mom and brother. The man was confusing us which was to turn the wheel to enter the track and align the tires with the track. It was making a weird noise when the track was starting to move. As soon as we were at the light waiting for it to turn green we started to drive slowly to the next stop for them to dry off our car. It started to make a scratching noise underneath so my mom exit to see what was wrong and there was a plastic piece hanging underneath. So basically this car wash ruined my splash guard engine the plastic that is underneath and I probably have to pay a lot just to get it fixed. I headed straight to my family friends auto place to have that piece cut off because the car kept making scratching noise when turning or on bumpy roads. $14 dollar car wash just to pay an extra 500$+ probably just to get it fixed. None of the two workers wanted to get involved because the car wash basically ruined it. The car is fiat 500, they should've said no if the car was to low and not let us go through. read more

The wife and I always took our vehicles, (three), to the Express Wash at the Town Center, and have done so for the past 10-12 years we've lived in Mililani. However, this last weekend, there was no rinse water added to our wash upon exiting the machine. Even after wiping it down, there was still soap residue trapped along the trim, roof, and doors. Awesome Car Wash. One of the best deals in town: heck on Oahu! Basic wash, including attendant prewash scrub down for $6 with any gas purchase at the attached Tesoro. Also includes hand dry! Damn! Can't beat that in a place where gas per gallon is nearly as expensive. The attendants are great, and even though I didn't have a buck for a tip (honestly I had no idea they did all this) they did their job with a smile. Absolutely amazing. read more
