When I contacted them about this (the same day as service), I received no response for six weeks. Eventually, they pointed to a contract clause stating that water spots and swirls may still be visible. This is unacceptable, as paint correction is meant to *remove* these imperfections *before* coating. Their proposed 'solution' was inspecting the ceramic coat's performance, which doesn't address the core issue: the uncorrected paint. Very disappointed with the job service and non-existent customer support.

This location is in Kapolei and though the standard was is a bit pricier than some of the town location though the ultimate option is cheaper it does have its benefits here along with $2 discount on 8 gallons or more fill up this fill and shine spot is easy and fast as there's no line as each individual wash does take some time versus the drive thru the time saved makes it so worth it all.
