We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. If you're stranded with a flat tire and need someone reliable, I would definitely recommend Ancash Roadside Assistance.

I was sitting in my daughter's vehicle. So, as I attempted to explain my location to him, he began yelling, "Maam, where are you standing!" His tone and aggression were over the top, like a mad man. I firmly rebuked his terrible attitude and that sent him even further over the top. Needless to say, my request for a tow was not fulfilled by his company. I had to request another dispatch. While we waited for the next driver, Jon returned to the location three times as if to intimidate my family. This guy is seriously on edge and desperately needs business leadership training and anger management sessions!

I had close to 300 lbs and walked away with nearly $15.00, I say nearly because they round up or down. They have a sign that says they pay top dollar but I received .05 c per pound if you're curious. I had some appliances like a busted rice cooker & ice maker and was hesitant to bring it because I thought they wouldn't accept it but when I got there and asked they took it. I didn't see the scale but I had previously weighed my items when I did my research with the various yards around the area. The process was seamless, quick and they were courteous. A few workers didn't speak English so if you don't understand Spanglish you might have a few issues.

This company completely wasted my time and showed zero regard for basic professionalism or accountability. I scheduled this tow in advance and was met with four hours of silence, lies, and no service. I will never use them again and strongly recommend others avoid them as well.
