Carly's light had been on steadily since passing emissions last year. I now live near H3 Automotive Repair in McDonough and love those guys. When I left for a judging assignment last week, I dropped Carly off and said "she needs to pass emissions." I decidedto go to Ford, which that's all I've owned anyway once I entered into the establishment I was greeted by Aramis the sales person. I immediately told him about my bad experience and then he told me that he would ensure my experience at this dealership would not be bad whether I bought a vehicle or not once I told him what I was looking for he immediately went to work by browsing through his inventory and then brought out a vehicle that was everything that I wanted it was a fairly simple process as my finances are squared away, and my credit is A+ plus, there was no pressure to buy in the sale and I also finance through my credit union. Unfortunately, for me, I had a medical event that prevented me from driving at the time however they allowed me to keep the vehicle there for about a week until I I was medically cleared to pick it up. I also had to utilize help from friends during this time of purchase and they were just as gracious to them. It has been over 20 years since I have bought a new vehicle and coming in dealing with a medical event that I previously had had was going to be challenging but diverse for itself especially Aramis and Bill were the ultimate professionals and I would definitely go back to them or wherever they go to get my next vehicle. Also, when I purchased the vehicle, my neighbor noticed a rubber piece was coming up as a vehicle was preowned. I took it back within two weeks of purchase and they corrected the issue which needed a new piece and I was able to get the new piece at no charge. People always take the time to complain about a bad experience but they never take enough time to…read moresay the positive. I will and am. I drove all the way from the Nashville TN area to get this car and I am far from disappointed with what I got for my long drive. I am still completely happy with my purchase a month later. I replaced the brake pads and rotors, flushed the engine and radiator antifreeze, replaced it with the correct antifreeze. Changed the oil with the correct oil and replaced 2 oil lines that were slightly leaking. Replaced the heating element in the drivers seat and put 2 new tires on the rear. Other than these few minor issues that are the most basic of troubles I am very thankful for the great deal on a now totally dependable car. I asked the owner to make the title delivered to include signature required and that is how it came. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle and get a great deal. I am a former heavy diesel mechanic and I know what I am seeing and feeling when driving a car. The deal I got was awesome and I'm sure you will get one too when dealing with this dealer. I'm 48 yo and this is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had from any dealer. Don't hesitate to buy a car from these people. Extremely happy customer Sam.
