Okay, I came through the drive thru and ordered three blizzard. A large smores, a small smores and a medium OREO HOT COCOA. I got my blizzards and they almost didn't give me my large blizzard. I drove home, looked at the blizzards and realized that they made my blizzard half of what it's supposed to be. There was supposed to be cocoa fudge and whip cream, I got neither, just Oreo. The other two blizzards were correct, and that's why I am giving this two stars and not one. I called them to tell them about the incident and I got hung up on. Never going back. read more

We went in to pick up an ice cream cake. There was a large selection to choose from with a variety of flavors and colors. There were two employees who promptly answered questions and provided service. The cake decorator cares about the appearance of the cakes she puts out on the shelf. My kids enjoyed the experience of choosing a cake for their daddy's birthday. read more

Great night for ICE CREAM ...DQ for blizzards...their seasonal pumpkin blizzard topped with whip cream and spice tasted like a pumpkin pie jumped in a cup screaming for ice cream! So yummy! My hubby had the chocolate extreme blizzard with chocolate ice cream for the extra chocolaty flavor ...even passed the upside down test at the window for the WIN! Great way to end date nite! Almost earned a 1 !! So disappointed in the food. My wife and I ate for supper on Thursday. The burgers had no flavor. A lot of salt and ketchup helped get "some" flavor out of them. The cheese curds were mushy and had little flavor. My wife's onion rings were very good. Even the Coke had little flavor. The food was hot, which is better than the cold food we get elsewhere. The place was not that busy, even the drive though did not have a long line. DQ used to have a flame grilled flavor, but I guess no more. They tasted like they were microwaved. Sorry for a bad revue. Used the drive through on August 15th to get an ice cream cake. I called ahead to make sure they had some in stock and to ask about prices...got different answers 3 times from 3 different people (on the phone and then 2 employees in person). I ended up getting one but was grossed out the entire time because NO EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS. Please wear a mask and wash your hands after touching your hair, it doesn't matter if you are working a drive thru window or inside, you are making contact with people and their food. read more

Was craving their classic chicken strips with gravy and an ice cream treat. Score! Pumpkin Pie Blizzard is in season, yum! This is a great spot, lots of parking, seating, would be good for groups. The youthful staff were friendly and prompt with the order. I was surprised it was so slow for a Friday evening but then again the drive thru was constantly busy. This DQ needs an updated review and I'm volunteering myself to do it. I've been in here at least three times in the past two months, twice with my kids, once for a quick lunch while doing a job nearbye...each and every time I found nothing to complain about...in the evenings there were people lined up to have their ice cream and cars filling the drive thru. It's DQ, it's not suppose to be the second coming of food -- it's reasonably cheap and servicable burger and fries, your typical DQ ice cream product. This place is one of the few "anchors" of "Old Towne" Bellevue and considering what a relative pain Old Towne is to get to there's always brisk traffic in frozen treats here indicating to me that the service and food quality isn't nearly as bad as the previous two older reviews indicate...and obviously the crowd of folks I've seen here agree. read more

I stopped by the drive thru to get an ice cream on a mid evening craving and found myself a little disappointed. My cookue dougj blizzard was half melted and milky before i even got 2 blocks away. I ended up trying to drink the melt and hope for greatness but ended up being a total fail. Threw 3/4 of it away. Totally bummed. Hopefully next time is better. read more

We were just there about a week ago (dine-in, not drive-thru) and had no problems. The counter staff were polite and fast. The food was just as good, if not better, than any other fast food place and they brought it out to our table. We live in the area and every time we drive by, they seem to be pretty busy so it must not be that bad. Then again, those first two reviews are pretty old. read more

Shame on this Dairy Queen. The people are correct on the other reviews. Wayy overpriced for the amount of food they will give you. As they skimp on fries. Everytime! I've been eating here for a little over 20 years. Over about the past 5...this location has gone extremelyyyy down hill. The staff...wow, white trashish maybe? The food...hit or miss. Now you ask...why do I go here. It's 2 minutes from my house and on those nights I'm extremely lazy from a hard days work I go here...which is about once every 3 months. I just deal with the faults of this place. But today, it has finally gotten to me. Too many times I've noticed these things about this Dairy Queen. It's time to do them justice the only way I can. The only reason I go there is because I live nearby - but taking the extra time and distance is something I need to do in the future. Service sucks! Sucks too because I love DQ blizzards. But every time I go in I have to wait at least 20 min - whether it is for just fries or a blizzard. AND whether it is slow or busy. One example, while I realize getting into the store 15 min before closing they are busy getting ready to head out for the night, I stood at the counter with no one acknowledging me - no "I'll be with you in a minute" - and I was the ONLY one standing there. As they where putting together a blizzard for someone before me who had gone to sit down minutes before my wait for assistance. SURE, these are high school kids with no experience in customer service. But they where flat out rude. Top it off, when I finally got my order, the ice cream was runny - ick! read more

Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, tables were dirty and there was trash on the floor. Ice cream and soda machines were leaking. I can't speak to the service because my husband ordered, but his Blizzard was practically liquid, and the peanuts in my parfait were clearly not fresh. Usually I like to refill my water bottle at restaurants, but I was not going to drink anything from that place. My husband obviously felt the same way because he said, "Let's go. I don't want to get hepatitis." I hope a health inspector is reading this. read more

They made my shake way to early. I watched it sit on the counter and melt for 15mins while I waited in line with 2 cars in front of me. Sure enough when I got it, it was completely melted. When I asked for a new one the guy told me they were to busy and I would have to park and come inside and wait for another one. Next time I will just drive to a different one. read more

Omg this place is absolutely terrible at making strawberry cheese cake blizzards... I have tried to be as politely as I can in getting this kind of blizzard fixed the right way like they have it pictured in the menu solid and thick looking like a blizzard should be but it never fails every time they blend the crap out of my blizzard and I end up with a Strawberry shake. So I resorted in asking the cashier if they could please just put in the cheesecake topping and strawberries in the cup that I paid for and I will mix it my self...they honored my request for about two visits...Lol and then the teenage cashier told me that they could not not leave me to mix my own blizzard anymore told to them by their manager...I know that most dairy Queen do an blizzard upside down test in front of you to make sure the blizzard is really an authentic blizzard... Well your not going to get that with this location... Because as I said your going to end up with a soupy shake. I never thought I would be so disappointed about how a blizzard was made until they made mine and straight out didn't give a flying fart...so I just saved myself the disappointment and stop going to their store all together.
