Paying more for less. I bought a regular DQ cake today and I am so disappointed. The fudge and cookie crumbles in the middle is 50% less and the chocolate ice cream on the bottom had visibly less ice cream than usual. An actual cave of air! Not a solid ice cream cake. Soooooo disappointing. The decoration of the cake was lack luster at best. They need a new cake decorating person. I can't buy another cake from this establishment for special occasions anymore. This Dairy Queen has the best service of any in this area, and the job they do decorating special cakes for me is amazing! My friend Rick did me a big favor and I know he wouldn't accept cash, so I gave him the large size Dairy Queen Cake shown in the photo. This place has nothing but ice cream on their menu! Avoid, avoid, avoid!! I walked in today for lunch told the young man at the counter I needed food he says we don't have anything like that on the menu we only have ice cream. They began asking what they did have on the menu and he said chicken sandwiches because they come in frozen hotdogs because they're on a roller and pretzels. They have no french fries but you could have potato chips. This place should not even be boasting that they have food because it's basically just a soft serve ice cream stand. April 18, 2020 @ 9:00 pm. Apparently reading back orders isn't a commen practice for this location. I ordered three items in the drive thru and i guess they only heard two items. So i had to order the third at the window. The girl handing out the orders wasn't the best at customer service. After she handed out the order she would turn her back and continue chatting. All you saw was the back of a sweatshirt (even when i pulled up) i guess chatting amongst her friends was the most important thing to her. I enjoy the Brimfield location in the Cascades plaza much better and will continue to go to that one read more

Big disappointment! I was looking forward to enjoying a famous Orange Julius drink but the drink that I was given was terrible. It was mostly ice with hardly any flavor to it. I was disappointed that the drink that made the store known was not made to company standards. read more

Terrible service. Stay away from this location. To be clear the visit was tonight 4/1 830p. At least 4 people working enter the store pick up an ice cream cake cup and go to the counter to place an order. Stand there, and stand there. No one even acknowledges that I'm there to place an order. No one else in line. Finally after about 10 mins someone says " is that all u need" I say no I need to place an order too. Then nothing, no follow up. I ask if someone going to take my order they say and quote "the drive thru is really busy right now". Case in point of a terribly run business. Leave young incompetent workers who have no clue of service period. Visit this place being warned it offers terrible service. read more

Most definitely Dairy Queen is my favorite. We all know that there ice cream cakes are the best ever. I love this location because they are so friendly and so clean! The ice cream is amazing as usual so not much to say there. They do have some hot meals too. Iron grills and hot dogs if I remember correctly. Just no fries or hamburgers which is perfect for this big man. Highly recommend this location. read more
