Waited 25+ minutes in drive through and still gave me the wrong order. I ordered hard shell tacos and got soft. They asked me if I wanted sauce and I advised yes, but none was in the bag so I don't know why they bothered asking. It's a shame this is the only one in the area. read more

There breakfast menu is really good I love the AM Cruntchwraps. Also when ever there would be a problem with anything they always make it up to you. One time they forgot to give me my cinnabons, hey mistakes happen. We called up there and the morning manager helped us get them. I have no worries with them all the food is hot when supposed to be and when the drinks are cold like there supposed to be they have it down. I've been staying in this area for a couple of years, and this is the only Taco Bell close by and unfortunately, it's one of the worst ones I've ever been to. Every time I go one of two things happen: either they forget an item in my order or they completely mess up my order. I'm vegetarian, so I order the vegetarian items on the menu or ask them to sub in beans instead of meat. Sometimes, they forget the substitution or they disregard the actual menu and put meat in a vegetarian item (for example the 7-layer burrito). But today, enough is was enough. We specifically reminded them we were vegetarian and to make sure there wasn't any meat in our items. Our cheese quesadilla had chicken, and all three of our 7-layer burritos had meat in them. When we went back to ask them to fix/redo our order, they were resistant, questioning us as if we were at fault and as if they didn't believe us. I literally had to tell the cashier to check the burritos herself if she didn't believe us. They took forever to redo the order, and on top of that, they even forgot an item in our redo order. When we asked where it was, they told us it was placed in our bag. But then 1 minute later, the guy said he is still making it. I know this is Taco Bell, and I shouldn't expect much but the way they handled this situation was completely unprofessional. I don't think we are ever going to go back. read more
