Gave me wrong food after extra long wait in drive through being one of only 2 cars within a 15 minute timespan. I feel they are not prepared and are too busy walking around the gas station talking and BS'ing than to focus hiring reliable staff that can provide the correct food with excellent customer service. I decided to check out Hardee's because it reminded me of childhood. Not many around any more. They were really slow with drive through ordering. No cars but I had to wait for a while to place my order and receive. I got a hamburger, poppers and a coke. Food was still what I remember it as. They just need to speed things up to equal the idea if FAST FOOD. read more

This is only the second time I have visited this particuliar Hardee's in Ravenna, OH... One when they first opened back up which was several years ago, and again today... The 1st experience was horrid and filled with poor service and quality. Suffice to say I had no desire to return but my hubby loved the original hardees that was in Ravenna back in the day and insisted we give it another go. OMG! For being fairly new the drive through experience is quite antiquated. The employees had not clue of menu items. The only thing they managed to get right was my ederly mother inlaws vanilla shake and some chicken tenders. Everything else was incorrect and/or missing completely. What we did receive was shoved into one bag all the way to the top. you could not fold the back down and it was bursting at the seams. I initially allowed that when they re-opened maybe they were working out some kinks but man you counldn't be anymore ridiculously lackluster in your service and quality. After working tons of hours this week I realy didn't feel like cooking so i allowed my husband to talk me into this mess. The food we did receive was not even edible so I ended up cooking anyway..... I don't know what Hardee's are like in other locations, and I have heard people rave about their burgers, but if this shit show is any indication I will never frequent another Hardee's ever! read more

Stopped for a plain hamburger and was told they were out of the regular bun so they would substitute another bun. I was ok with that. Then they said by the way it cost more. Very bad business to substitute ingredients because you don't have them then charge the customer for it. read more

Nasty food and even worse management. Terrible location with only a few good employees trying to do the right things. Other Hardee's are 4 to 5 stars in my book, but smart Alec managers who don't honor their prices or treat customers with respect get really a zero star. They lost my business for good.
