The problem arrived when they undersized my air-conditioning system by almost 1 ton, by forgetting to calculate the heat load from the windows on my west wall. Not only that I paid for a new unit but received a unit that is almost 3 years old. Not only was the unit undersized They could also not make it operate correctly as the delta T has never been better than 10°-11. The unit runs nonstop from 10 AM until 12 PM During the summer, Not being able to Keep up causing the temperature in the house to rise slowly throughout the day. I have had two other large reputable air-conditioning companies also look at the system, and they both agree it is undersized. I have gone back-and-forth with this company for months to no avail, They are quick to get you on the hook, then leave you stranded. I would absolutely never ever recommend this company to anybody. Many of you who Will be reading this know who I am, and I urge you to call me so I can give you a more detailed explanation of my experience with this company. I have given them many chances to correct this issue and they refuse. The only resolution they gave me was to buy another unit that is larger and have it installed at my expense but I would have to keep the old unit And lose the money I paid for it. (Basically, I will have bought two air-conditioning units and own both of them, but one will be sitting in my garage useless due to them failing to size the unit correctly) I have worked with several air-conditioning companies in the past that I had great luck with, but tried Walker heating and air as my friend recommended them, but I can confidently say you would be better off using just about anybody else.
