I decided to leave the truck. The shop reached out to me later in the day and discussed the issue I dropped it off for and informed me they found a couple other problems. They texted me a quote with each item separated so I could accept or decline what work I wanted completed. The front desk even suggested that I hold off on the lesser important issues until we were sure that the primary issue wasn't going to become a bigger issue. Once they successfully fixed the first issue. I then decided to have them correct the other to problems they found. This type of service is hard to find and greatly appreciated. All the service was A+ service, and the work is guaranteed for 12 months. Some may say the price was a little high, but the service you get and the warranty was worth it. I requested service on a coolant leak and once the fixed that, we moved on to the other problems. Highly recommend

I met with the young man behind the counter. I can't remember his name but he was very nice. I listed out everything they had told me at the dealership and had them perform the work. The work was done correctly, which is why they get two stars and not one. The issues are a) they charged more than the dealership, which doesn't seem right to me, and b) Joe, the owner, walked past me three times in the two hours that I sat in his waiting area and never even acknowledged my existence. How hard is it to say hello to a customer in your waiting area? I don't know what has happened over the course of the last five years, but this place is not what it used to be. I was thrilled when I first found him but now, I'll probably just use the dealership. They can get me in and out faster, they charge less and they at least say hello to me. It's just not worth spending my money at a place that makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business.

Frank, the owner, advised me that I needed a new water pump, belt, and pulley, which I authorized. They did a great job, and their prices were very reasonable. This week, my water pump started leaking again. I called Preferred Automotive and spoke with Frank about the situation. He was great and asked if I could bring it in that same day so he could take a look, which I did. After inspecting it, he confirmed that the water pump was leaking. Without any hesitation or issues, he told me to bring it back and that he would take care of it at no charge. What more can I say? Preferred Automotive is one of the most reputable, friendly, and honest repair shops I have ever dealt with. Their shop was originally recommended to me, and now I am happy to recommend them to anyone reading this review.

Firstly that gentleman who originally said I'll be right with you was rude. Then a minute later the guy said sorry we don't have that tire. Anymore, so after 4o minutes we had to go elsewhere. So not only was the staff rude, they were not well aware of their inventory, which is ignorance on the part of the employer.
