VooDoo Motorsports fixed our dingy motor and impressed us greatly in the process. From the initial…read morephone call to the delivery of our repaired motor within the promised time frame, VooDoo's service rocks. The best part was when the service tech sent pictures of the work in progress. We could see exactly what was being done and what we were paying for. Before returning the motor, the tech sent a video of it working perfectly in the shop. Then at delivery, he ran it again to show us that all was well. VooDoo Motorsports does so much more than motorcycles: boat motors, electronics, bottom paint. Next time we need work done, we will check with VooDoo first. If they do it, we are going there.

Did my research to find a scooter for my partner. The scooter was taken in to have a service done on it and when my partner went to pick it up they informed him it would be more money because they had to change the brakes. I have never been somewhere in where they change something on a car, truck, boat or etc where they would not call you first and ask you if it's okay to do that. What if the client doesn't have the money and now you've just forced them into something that they may not be able to financially afford? He luckily had the money. Not too long after he had issues with the back breaks and was told he needed new ones. But they had just been changed so how is it that so soon after that they needed to be changed again. I know breaks are part of the wear and tear but considering my partner drives less than two miles to work I highly doubt it was wear and tear. My partner is not happy at all with them and honestly it makes me feel bad that I was the one that found them. Especially since it's hard to find parts for the scooter we purchased so it leaves us in a bit of a bind. Personally I've never dealt with a company like this and for sure it's a lesson learned.

Once we got to the location, they told us last minute they had to reschedule us to the following day because they were going to purchase new Jetskis and they will compensate our money and time for not showing up that day, so they asked us to come back tomorrow. The next day we took an uber to the address given on the website and Groupon. Yet again, they said we went to the wrong location. And we had to spend extra money to head to the correct one. Once we got there we had to wait an extra hour and half for them to bring the jetski. Once they came they told us we have to pay an extra $40. For gas and life jacket per person which is pretty ridiculous. The manager Chris gave us attitude with this situation. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I had a lot of concerns with executing a large purchase, site unseen. Mo and Matthias were able to quite my concerns via a virtual walk through of the bike and an explanation of the process. They are well versed in virtual sales and shipping. Their focus and concern was not on the sale, but on ensuring I was comfortable with the product and the process, knowing that I would be transferring funds prior to receiving product. Not an easy feat for a New Yorker. Both Mo and Matthias understood my concern and exhibited patience as my impatient self requested shipment status of not only the vehicle but the supporting documents. Upon arrival, which was surprisingly quick, the vehicle was better than described and expected. Mo provided crisp, clear communication and status each step of the way.
