It was always my thermostat which they gratefully replaced and honored the warranty too. But they dug in and did extra homework although my check engine light was NOT on and found KIA modified the thermostat with a restricter because they knew my current setup would throw the cold engine repair code. They are ordering the parts and getting me right back in to do the work asap. I cant say enough great things about these mechanics Have been a customer nearly 2 years and wint get anywhere else!​

Sean was courteous and patient and helped us get back on the road quickly. Like in less than 45 minutes when they already had a full garage. But wait - it gets better - He also helped diagnose another issue we had been having - knowing that we live hours away and likely would not be coming back to have him fix it for us. We went to a dealership and another mechanic in our town and neither had been able to diagnose the issue. After I finish this review I'm going to figure out the logistics so I can drive 7 hours to have him fix this for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
